Iran, nuclear energy, oil – a revival for hydrogen! Nel ASA, Pure Hydrogen, Plug Power, and Oklo

The current attacks on Iran's nuclear facilities by Israel mark a new level of escalation in the Middle East. Of course, a radical regime like Iran cannot be allowed to conduct nuclear research. This region has already experienced too much terror. For the rest of the world, Israel's announcement, backed by the US, means another rise in oil prices, which will quickly shift the focus to alternative energies. Some companies have been promoting a future-oriented hydrogen infrastructure for years and are growing well. Australia's Pure Hydrogen is well advanced, while Nel ASA and Plug Power are still in the turnaround phase. There is currently a lot of movement on the capital markets. Risk-aware investors can benefit from the current trends with the right touch and timing. Where are the opportunities and risks?

Tariffs, nuclear energy, and climate policy! Trump sets the pace for Nel ASA, First Hydrogen, Plug Power, and Oklo

The world is undergoing a 180-degree turn. Nuclear energy, which was demonized until 2022, is now experiencing an astonishing renaissance, and green seems to be redefined. Under Donald Trump, the US aims to expand the use of nuclear energy significantly, and the US president signed all the necessary decrees last week. Trump said that the United States intends to become "a real power" in the nuclear industry again by quadrupling its nuclear power production after his tour of the Middle East. Oil prices thus approached the critical USD 60 mark again, and hydrogen stocks experienced another sell-off. However, one problem is becoming apparent: 30-year bonds are now yielding over 5%. Stock market traders are now focusing on nuclear business models and uranium stocks. Where are the opportunities and risks?

DAX 22,000 – New highs for Oklo, Nova Pacific Metals, D-Wave, and SMCI under the microscope!

After a rapid upward movement, the DAX 40 index has reached the magical 22,100-point mark after just 6 weeks of trading. This means that the index has already gained more than 10% since the beginning of the year. Investments in the high-tech and defense sectors continue to drive this. Investors are following the trends that started in 2024. However, this is bringing critical metals to the fore because they are currently subject to sanctions by China under Donald Trump's tariff plans. We are therefore focusing our analysis on companies that are particularly noteworthy under the current circumstances. It is not always a good time to buy, but as the saying goes, you will never go broke taking profits.

The energy year 2025! Uranium stocks such as Oklo, NuScale and F3 Uranium are in high demand, as are Nel ASA and Plug Power

In 2007, a pound of uranium occasionally cost more than USD 140 per pound before a long decline in prices began. With the outbreak of the Fukushima disaster in 2011, the mood against nuclear power reached its peak and forced the uranium price even below USD 50. Since the "NetZero" wave, however, it has been rising unchecked because, according to the World Energy Agency, nuclear power is now once again being classified as environmentally friendly compared to fossil fuels. Currently, 439 reactors are operational worldwide, with 64 under construction and 88 planned. Uranium demand is, therefore, set to rise by a good 30%, which is not a good sign for the hydrogen industry because this is where government investment is urgently needed. F3 Uranium has extensive concessions in the world's largest uranium mining district: the Athabasca Basin. The industry is preparing for the coming supply shortage with acquisitions and purchases. Good returns are on offer for risk-conscious investors.
