Drone hype: Who is getting the best deal? Volatus Aerospace, Renault, Rheinmetall
The days of tanks and howitzers are over. The war in Ukraine shows that drones are changing the face of combat—they provide reconnaissance, carry out precision strikes, and score points with low acquisition costs and high effectiveness. It is no wonder that major arms manufacturers and industrial companies want to jump on the drone bandwagon. Renault has even been asked by the French government to enter the business. But the barriers to entry in this market are high. We explain who is likely to profit from the drone business in the future and why size and capital are no guarantee of long-term success.

Trump tariffs settled? What are the triggers now? Palantir, naoo AG, TeamViewer, and D-Wave
With the US-EU agreement on tariffs, markets opened positively yesterday but quickly slipped into negative territory. The reason: the agreement is widely viewed as a "loss-making deal" for the EU. While tariffs of over 20% were averted, 15% still remain. In return, NATO must purchase substantial US military equipment, while US vehicle exports to the EU remain tariff-free. Donald Trump could not have negotiated better himself - a diplomatic failure for Brussels. The decision will have a significant impact on the EU's automotive sector, luxury and consumer goods industries, and technology sector. For example, European wine will cost US consumers about 30% more, factoring in currency losses, which is devastating for European winemakers. All in all, this deal is considered a major setback for free trade, with serious inflationary consequences and declining consumer demand. Investors should reposition themselves, as late summer looks stormy from this perspective alone.

Key technology in the fight against cancer? Merck & Co., Vidac Pharma, AstraZeneca
Do you know what aerobic glycolysis is? No? Have you ever heard of the Warburg effect? Both terms describe the same phenomenon: cancer cells utilize glucose to produce lactate, even in the presence of oxygen and fully functional mitochondria. This is what distinguishes cancer cells from healthy cells. Current research suggests that targeted interventions in the Warburg effect could be suitable for killing cancer cells or making them more receptive to other therapies. Companies around the world are pushing forward research into this effect – the goal is nothing less than curing cancer. We present some of the companies and analyze whether their stocks could be good investments.

Buying frenzy on the NASDAQ – Another 200% with D-Wave, MiMedia, and Super Micro Computer?
New record highs every day – a joy for investors, but a source of stress for fund managers. Time and again in history, stock markets have risen unchecked, only to be followed by an equally unexpected correction. This usually happens when there is a high degree of complacency. One indicator of investor sentiment is the so-called Fear & Greed Index. With values above 75 out of 100, it has been in the "Extreme Greed" zone for weeks now. But as a famous quote from the 1987 movie "Wall Street" said: "Greed is good!" We examine a few stocks with promising prospects and are betting on a continuation of the remarkable rally.

Salzgitter AG, Volatus Aerospace, and Rheinmetall with spectacular news
The defense industry continues to shine with strong momentum. Despite some overly ambitious valuations, companies such as Rheinmetall, RENK, and Hensoldt are trading close to their historic highs. And analysts are still outdoing each other with ever higher price targets. Caution is advised with established arms and ammunition manufacturers. In contrast, young companies with innovations from niche markets are growing and have further potential.

Armament stocks make a splash! RENK, DroneShield, Volatus Aerospace - Drones instead of tanks?
A major shake-up in the defense industry! KNDS is set to go public later this year, and the German federal government may participate in the IPO, which would also result in an indirect stake in RENK. KNDS has a stake in the gearbox specialist, and the two companies are jointly building the Leopard 2, among other things. But are tanks still relevant? The war in Ukraine has at least exposed their vulnerability and ushered in the age of drones. Volatus Aerospace and DroneShield are benefiting from this, with their shares having multiplied in recent months. However, more and more orders are now coming in from NATO. Revenue and profits are likely to explode in the coming years.

Microcap revolutionizes the building materials industry: Does Argo Living Soils hold the key to billion-dollar revenues?
Sustainable construction has been a growing trend for some time. As early as the late 1970s, regulations in Germany required builders to insulate properties according to specific standards. Since then, standards have continued to rise steadily. In some cases, this has become a cost issue – especially when older buildings must be brought up to modern energy efficiency standards. For some time now, the focus has also shifted to the building materials themselves. Materials such as cement and concrete are considered particularly energy-intensive and therefore anything but CO2-neutral. This is precisely where innovative technology comes in. A billion-dollar market is emerging.
