Share sell-off: TUI, Barsele Minerals, Nel ASA - Buy or sell these stocks?
The sell-off in equities entered a new round in May. With rising inflation, disrupted supply chains and uncertain energy supplies, the risk for investors is increasing as interest rates are now exploding to unprecedented levels in parallel with the highly volatile environment. The 10-year yields on government bonds in Germany and the USA have moved up from near zero to 1.14% and from 1.5% to 3.12%, respectively. Whenever there was a noticeable rise in interest rates for bonds, things became critical on the stock market. At the moment, this is weighing on technology stocks in particular. The DAX and S&P have already lost 20% in the current correction phase. After initial losses, gold is now accelerating. Where are the opportunities for investors?

Capital increase? What you need to know! TUI, Triumph Gold, Steinhoff
To be successful as a company, you need not only motivated employees, functioning machines and brilliant ideas, but also capital. Investments are the cornerstone for growth and success on the stock market. But why are companies that raise "fresh money" on the market regularly punished? Is it possibly related to communication and how the funds are used? We take a closer look at three stocks.

Quick percentages? We have the shares: Plug Power, Erin Ventures, Varta
Fallen angels are almost an investment category of their own on the stock market - after all, even the most tired crutch on the floor usually completes a rebound. But today, in particular, investors should take a close look: Where is the proverbial "dead cat bounce" looming, where is it possible that things will go significantly up again, and where does a historic opportunity beckon? To answer these questions, investors need to go into detail - and develop a feel for sentiment.

wallstreet:online, Block Inc., PayPal - Is the mood turning?
One sector that has made strong gains in the stock market boom of recent years has been FinTechs and financial services providers. Financial portal operators and neobrokers such as wallstreet:online and Smartbroker were among the beneficiaries, as was the payment service provider PayPal. The share price of Block Inc., the mobile payment provider originally launched under the name Square Inc., also climbed to dizzying heights. After a sharp correction, things could now be on the up again with the tailwind of good figures.

BioNTech, mm2 Asia, TUI - Do not oversleep!
At least in Europe, "normality" seems to have set in in everyday life - that is, concerning Corona. However, cautionary voices are already pointing to the winter season and the associated threat of new mutations. Nevertheless, given the Ukraine war and the major security-political tensions in the world, nothing is "normal." Investors should be vigilant in following geopolitical developments and not miss out on the opportunities that continually present themselves at the corporate level.

With a focus on Asia: Well positioned with Hong Lai Huat, BYD & Alibaba shares
In volatile stock market times, investors win with a smartly positioned portfolio. That includes tangible assets such as real estate, renewable energy in the form of electric cars as the engine of the future, and generally looking to the Asian market for trading platforms such as Alibaba, the biggest top dog alongside Amazon. In countries like Cambodia, with an inflation rate of 2-3%, the economy is booming. Real estate companies like Hong Lai Huat are also focusing on acquiring agricultural land. We look at which stable value assets are optimal to invest in during times of Corona.

GreenTech stocks are on the rise! Buy now: BASF, Meta Materials, Nordex, Siemens Energy
The distortions on the capital markets can hardly be topped at the moment. The nickel price has risen by 300%, only to drop by 70% again. And all this in only 48 hours. There are countless examples in the current stock market environment that are historically unparalleled. In just 2 months, the Bund Future fell from 178 to 151, a loss of 16% in the 10-year Bund. In parallel, the capital market interest rate rose from minus 0.45% to a whopping plus 1.15%. So interest rates are back, inflation is spreading, and supply deficits continue to fuel the underlying stagflation scenario! One major trend should bounce back after the end of the many corrections: GreenTech! Here is a selection of interesting stocks.

Zalando, Aspermont, SAP - Corona and back, the stock rebound is coming!
What would society and the economy look like without digitization? The Internet, software and smartphones have become a matter of everyday life and form the basis for communication and interaction. Corona has been an accelerator in many ways. On the other hand, pandemics and war clearly show us the limits of supposedly predictable growth with scarcity prices and supply chain disruptions. At a reduced price level, it is worth looking at "digitization stocks" that offer good opportunities.

Bayer, NervGen, Adler Group - Pharma and Real Estate, management in focus
Corporate giant Bayer is collaborating with Charité Berlin to cure genetic diseases in the future. A paradox? Big Pharma thrives on alleviating symptoms but not curing diseases. Things will soon look different. The biotech company NervGen is also dedicated to curing diseases. The approach here: reverse degenerative nerve conditions through self-healing. Specifically, this means helping individuals with paraplegia who are wheelchair-bound reconnect their neural pathways. The Company is in the clinical trials phase and was started by a co-founder who witnessed a dramatic accident. One cannot speak of an accident at the real estate company Adler Group. Four board members have resigned after auditor KPMG refused to give its OK for the annual financial statements. Can management regain the confidence of shareholders?

K+S, Globex Mining, BHP Group - Commodity stocks for the next supercycle
Decarbonization is taking its toll. If you want to get out of fossil fuels, you need alternatives. But these alternatives require raw materials, some of which are not available in sufficient quantities. The result is rising prices. Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo see commodities at the beginning of a supercycle, which means that the rally in commodities will last longer than 10 years. Tight supply is now further torpedoed by the Ukraine crisis and supply chain problems visible in China's ports. It is terrible for the industry but good for commodity producers. Today we look at three companies that could benefit from a supercycle.
