Get out of gold - or buy more? According to the world's most famous banker, the rally in precious metals is far from over. Jamie Dimon believes USD 10,000 per troy ounce is possible. In line with this, there are interesting rumors coming out of Africa regarding heavyweight Barrick Mining. Explorers such as Kobo Resources offer leveraged exposure to the gold price. The Company is active in one of Africa's most stable and promising regions, and the gold gem's stock has recently been listed on a German stock exchange. Defense stocks have also corrected recently. Here, too, analysts see buying opportunities. RENK has potential for a 30% gain. The transmission specialist has announced a million-dollar order.

Barrick Mining: Gold forecast of USD 10,000

Until now, Jamie Dimon has not been known as a major gold bull, which makes his recent forecast all the more remarkable. After all, he is the CEO of JPMorgan Chase, the largest US bank. According to the world's most famous banker, the price of the precious metal could more than double from its current record level. "In the current situation, it could break through the USD 5,000 or even USD 10,000 mark," Dimon said recently at Fortune's Most Powerful Women Forum, citing JPMorgan's research. Analysts at the bank expect the gold price to remain in an upward trend through the end of the year. Interestingly, Dimon also emphasized that he personally does not hold any gold positions.

Against this optimistic backdrop, the recent correction should not be overrated. On Tuesday, the gold price tested the USD 4,000 mark. Previously, it had risen to almost USD 4,400. After the all-time high and the spectacular rally of recent months, a breather is indeed healthy.

And what is heavyweight Barrick Mining doing? The stock of this investor favorite has also corrected from its 52-week high of USD 36.40 and was trading just above USD 31 yesterday. Unlike gold itself, however, it has not reached a new all-time high. In 2010 and 2011, Barrick shares temporarily traded above EUR 50. There is also news from the Company's mega-mine in Mali. Due to disagreements with the local government, operations had been on hold since January. Bloomberg now reports that work has resumed. A transitional management team had previously been put in place. Barrick has not yet commented on the development.

Kobo Resources: Gold gem now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

One of Africa's most stable countries is Côte d'Ivoire. Its economy is growing steadily, and it is the world's largest cocoa producer. The government is increasingly focused on international mining partnerships, attracting more gold companies. Today, Côte d'Ivoire ranks among the largest gold producers in West Africa.

Investors can benefit from this opportunity through Kobo Resources. The shares of this promising exploration company remain largely unknown on the capital market and have also been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany since last week. This currently offers investors an early opportunity to get in on the action.

Kobo's focus is on the Kossou Gold project, located in the Birimian Belt, just 40 km from the capital, Yamoussoukro. This region is one of the most promising gold zones in West Africa. Nearby, Perseus Mining is already producing gold at the Yaouré mine, highlighting the area's potential.

The first resource estimate is expected as early as next year. To this end, Kobo is currently exploring at full speed. Over 24,000 m of drilling have already been completed, confirming several mineralized zones with continuous gold mineralization. The ongoing drill program aims to connect these zones and confirm continuity over a length of around 3.5 km. A clearly defined resource estimate would position Kobo as an attractive takeover target for local gold producers.

Kobo CEO Edward Gosselin recently expressed optimism: "The latest intersections once again demonstrate the strength of gold mineralization within the Road Cut and Jagger structural zones. These results confirm the continuity of the gold-bearing shear zones and highlight the contact zone fault as a potential regional control factor for mineralization. In particular, the consistency of gold mineralization in the Jagger zone, from surface to a depth of more than 180 m, underscores the continuity and robustness of the system."

RENK: 30% price potential and major order

Not only has gold recently corrected, but defense stocks have also seen declines. RENK was no exception: from a high of EUR 90, the share price fell by around 30% within two weeks. It is currently trading around EUR 68.

As with the gold price, JPMorgan sees price potential for RENK – albeit not as much as for the precious metal. Analysts recently confirmed their price target for RENK shares at EUR 90 and rated them as "Overweight." Experts also see sustainable growth potential in the longer term.

Following Rheinmetall's announcement of a major order this week, RENK followed suit yesterday. The Company will supply HSWL295 transmissions worth EUR 70 million to Poland, specifically for the K2 battle tank. This South Korean tank is one of the most modern in the world, boasting a 1500 hp engine and a hydropneumatic chassis, which gives it high mobility.

"With its growing defense capabilities and strategic investments in military technology, Poland is now one of the largest troop contributors within NATO and makes a significant contribution to Europe's collective security," says Michael Masur, CEO of Vehicle Mobility Solutions at RENK.

Gold and defense will continue to drive the stock market. It is normal for corrections to occur after strong rallies. Barrick Mining and RENK are among the basic investments in their segments. Kobo Resources is still in its infancy, but the price potential is correspondingly high if the findings to date are confirmed. There is also takeover speculation.

As the world experiences a return to nuclear power, Canada's Athabasca Basin in the province of Saskatchewan is becoming more than ever the strategic heart of global uranium supply. Reports from the International Energy Agency (IEA) officially herald the "age of electrification," in which nuclear energy is transforming from a transitional solution to an indispensable pillar—thanks to climate neutrality. This development is driven by the growing energy demands of artificial intelligence and modern IT infrastructure. Studies by McKinsey and the IEA consistently show that the electricity demand of global data centers is expected to triple by 2030. In view of these fundamental market dynamics, analysts at the World Nuclear Association (WNA) have set the ambitious goal of significantly expanding global nuclear capacity over the next 25 years. In this environment, Standard Uranium is positioning itself as one of the most active and precise explorers, using technologically advanced methods to identify undiscovered corridors in the shadows of industry giants. The company operates in close proximity to the big players and offers investors maximum leverage on the price of uranium in the safest and richest uranium region in the world.

AI drives demand: Three copper stocks for the boom - Freeport-McMoRan, Power Metallic Mines, and Aurubis!

A few years ago, copper was considered one of the most boring metals. Demand grew steadily, but not dramatically. The red metal was used everywhere, from construction to power lines, but it lacked appeal. And the price remained so low that there was hardly any investment in the development of new deposits over the past decade. With the AI revolution and global electrification, this has changed dramatically. Copper is the most efficient electrical conductor after silver and now plays a major role. For example, an electric vehicle requires three to four times more copper than a combustion engine. Added to this are wind turbines, solar parks, and the massive expansion and modernization of power grids. Analysts estimate that by 2040, the world will need to produce more copper than humanity has consumed in its entire history. After electric vehicles, artificial intelligence has triggered the next wave of demand due to the enormous power requirements of data centers. The huge server farms of NVIDIA, Google, Amazon, and others require kilometers of copper cable and massive copper rails for power distribution. As a result, there is now renewed investment in new copper deposits. Investors should diversify their portfolios to benefit from this development in the long term.

The world's security architecture is no longer what it once was: the future of defense is autonomous, networked, and energy-hungry. Military superiority is no longer determined primarily by the sheer number of deployed units, but by the synergy of autonomous mobility, sensor intelligence, and the corresponding energy capacities. In this environment, players such as Rheinmetall are equipping the next generation of military equipment with autonomous vehicles and drones. At the same time, Hensoldt is providing the necessary intelligence for today's battlefield through high-performance sensor technology and AI-supported radar systems such as the TRML-4D. According to reports from platforms such as Radartutorial.eu, these systems are capable of detecting up to 1,500 targets simultaneously within a radius of 250 km and processing data in fractions of a second. In the field of power supply for unmanned aerial systems, the Canadian-South Korean company NEO Battery Materials is positioning itself to drive a potential breakthrough.
