After Lanxess shock, now time to invest in gold? Barrick, Manuka Resources, Evonik
Now into gold shares? The recent profit warnings from the chemical sector should not be underestimated. After all, chemicals are an important early indicator of a possible recession. Lanxess recently shocked the stock market with a profit warning. Before that, the British specialty chemicals producer Croda, among others, had already issued a warning. Are BASF and Evonik the next spoilsports? Analysts are becoming increasingly sceptical, and share price targets are plummeting. A recession would catch many investors off guard. Therefore, gold shares are worth a look again. Heavyweight Barrick is ailing on the chart but remains a solid investment. Manuka Resources has an interesting story. Investors are in for an exciting few months.

A lot of movement can be expected here: Covestro, Globex Mining, and Nikola - The focus is on 100% returns!
Greentech is politically promoted and booming. Many stocks are traded on the stock market with this fantasy. But what is really technologically feasible? Those seeking to switch from fossil energy to electric forms often overlook the sometimes poor efficiency in converting fossil primary energy sources to electricity from the socket. Truly green solutions are defined per se by applications that improve the overall energy balance of the goods moved or even achieve a net-zero impact. Access to cheap raw materials, especially high-tech metals, is a prerequisite for all endeavours. We look forward to interesting price movements in the sector.

Financial System 3.0 saved? Deutsche Bank, Defiance Silver and Nvidia - Artificial Intelligence conquers the banking world!
We cannot help but feel a little uneasy when we see the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence, even as mere users, as demonstrated, for example, by ChatGPT. However, Big Data and related analysis tools have been used by large IT companies for years and accompany our daily lives in the background. Currently, the behaviour of financial institutions and the actions of central banks are of particular interest. They must pull out all the stops to smooth out the distortions caused by inflation, war and the interest rate explosion. A tried and tested means in the past was the creation of liquidity, but that is no longer working. Where do the opportunities for investors lie?

Breakthrough for the e-truck? Daimler Truck, Siemens Healthineers, Almonty Industries
For a long time, hydrogen was considered the energy carrier for heavy machinery. Now Daimler Truck has high hopes for a battery-powered model of its Actros. We explain the background, shed light on what lies behind Siemens Healthineers' share buyback program and also introduce a company that could benefit equally from advances in medical technology and the run on modern batteries.

Deutsche Telekom, Saturn Oil + Gas, TUI - Which share has the most potential?
On June 14, all eyes were on the FED decision. Even though the decision impacts the market as a whole, the analysis of individual stocks is important to make sound investment decisions. The approach can vary, from a fundamental analysis to a technical analysis, a ratio-based decision to a qualitative analysis. In addition, one can take into account the recommendations of financial analysts. In the end, it is important to conduct one's own research and only invest when convinced about a stock. Today we look at three companies and analyze their potential in more detail.

Hydrogen picks up - Where profits lurk: ThyssenKrupp, JinkoSolar, Manuka Resources
The hydrogen business is picking up speed worldwide. ThyssenKrupp plans to float its hydrogen subsidiary Nucera on the stock market before the summer break. This announcement is positive for the entire industry, as it indicates that ThyssenKrupp and the banks involved think the market is stable enough to get a reasonable price for shares in Nucera. We look at what is behind the IPO, which Greentech stocks are still interesting and which niche investors can profit disproportionately.

Despite the heat pump - uranium is in demand as never before! Rheinmetall, GoviEx Uranium, Palantir, C3.ai
Like a prayer wheel, green political ideas are raining down on the German industrial landscape - no more nuclear energy, but instead coal and gas. Historically high energy prices are to be accepted, even though wholesale prices are already below pre-war levels again and the energy mix is supposedly fed by more than 50% renewable energy. Because no one knows what the future holds for all this, major investment decisions by industry are now going against Germany. VW is investing EUR 10 billion in Spain, and BASF is doing the same in China. Valuable jobs that will no longer exist in Germany in the foreseeable future. What should investors keep an eye on to create at least sunny prospects in their portfolios?

Standard Lithium, Grid Metals, Volkswagen - Lithium is essential for electromobility
Electric vehicle sales continue to outpace sales expectations, driving demand for lithium, nickel and other battery raw materials. At the same time, the supply of these raw materials faces challenges, including technical problems with new types of lithium deposits, permitting procedures and social issues. This situation could lead to a 5-6 year opportunity for sustained higher lithium prices. First-to-market projects can achieve significant market valuation, so companies are focused on rapid implementation and revenue generation. We, therefore, look at two lithium companies and examine how Volkswagen plans to address the challenges in procurement.

More than 100% with energy storage! Varta and Plug Power curious, BYD and Power Nickel mix up the battery sector!
There you go! In the last trading week, Varta and Plug Power turned up the heat and posted a price gain of almost 20%. After a long sell-off, this is the first technical rebound of the Fallen Angels. Long-term investors are wondering if there has been a fundamental change. Momentum traders are not interested in balance sheets, because rising prices attract buyers. We look at the shaken energy storage sector. Are there arguments for a buyback?

US debt limit suspended - Opportunity for gold: Uniper, Desert Gold, TUI - Turnaround within reach!
Shortly before the "bankruptcy" of the USA, Democrats and Republicans agreed to suspend the debt brake until mid-2025. Joe Biden explicitly praised the compromise - the Republicans, however, are in a less good mood, fearing a continuation of excessive spending, continued high inflation and too little pressure for massive budget cuts. After the House of Representatives, the Senate also voted at the last minute to suspend the statutory limit until mid-2025. In return, cuts in government spending of USD 800 billion over the next two years have been put on the table, but they are yet to be specified. What are the precious metals doing in this environment?
