How to profit from the gold boom: Barrick Mining, Kobo Resources, and Agnico Eagle under scrutiny
The structural forces behind the historic gold boom remain intact: ongoing central bank purchases, a global cycle of interest rate cuts, and geopolitical uncertainty are creating a fundamental environment for further upside potential. This dynamic offers unique opportunities for both established gold producers and well-positioned explorers. Against this backdrop, we focus on three companies that could benefit from the continuing trend. We take a closer look at the established giant Barrick Mining, the promising explorer Kobo Resources, and the highly profitable producer Agnico Eagle.

Gold rush: After producers Barrick Mining and Equinox Gold, it is now the turn of explorers – why Desert Gold is a takeover candidate
Forecasts for the gold market in 2026 are clear and point to a continuing supercycle. However, while producers such as Barrick Mining and Equinox Gold have already benefited massively from higher gold prices in recent months and expanded their margins, the valuation of exploration companies is still lagging behind. This historical divergence is likely to close in the coming year. Experience shows that capital flows cyclically: first, investors buy the security of cash flows, then they seek the leverage of resource development. In this environment, Desert Gold Ventures is coming into focus. The Company controls one of the largest non-producing land packages in West Africa, and is active precisely where industry giants are urgently searching for new supply.

Gold and silver on the rise: AJN Resources and Pan American Silver attractive, Puma on the verge of a major turnaround?
Gold and silver prices have recently reached new all-time highs once again, and there is no end to the rally in sight. Silver in particular has developed spectacularly after breaking through key technical resistance levels and has doubled over the past 12 months. Shares of major companies such as Barrick, Newmont, and Pan American Silver have also at least doubled over this period. Characteristically, the prices of exploration companies have lagged behind the performance of precious metal prices and blue chips. As the bull market progresses, there is much to suggest that explorers will outperform the broader market. One particularly exciting name in this segment is AJN Resources. Beyond the precious metals sector, there are also opportunities for investors to strike gold next year – in the case of Puma, a major turnaround appears to be taking shape.

Big news at Barrick Mining! First Majestic Silver shares hit record high! Gold gem Kobo Resources on the rise!
Precious metals are shining particularly brightly this year. The two industry heavyweights, Barrick Mining and First Majestic Silver, are benefiting from this. Barrick recently caused a stir with its announcement that it was considering an IPO of its US assets. Is this to prevent a hostile takeover? First Majestic Silver has taken advantage of the mood and raised several million USD to repay more expensive debt and possibly make a takeover. One takeover candidate in the gold sector is Kobo Resources. The Company plans to publish its resource estimate in early 2026. The stock has finally taken off, still has a lot of potential according to analysts, and is now also actively traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Gold, AI, and Bitcoin – A record year in 2026? Strategy, B2Gold, Kobo Resources, and Allied Gold
In mid-December, investors are keeping a close eye on the coming year 2026. Will the old winners also be the new ones? Bitcoin was a disappointment in 2025, as the cryptocurrency is actually down slightly to date. Artificial intelligence and sought-after high-tech suppliers were the focus of attention, with returns of several hundred percent, with Palantir and quantum computing specialist D-Wave, for example, achieving extreme performance. But how will things proceed next year? The majority of analysts believe that the highest-valued high-tech segment will cool down. The primary focus is on NVIDIA, which, with a 1,250% increase since 2021, is now one of the most expensive stocks in the world. The outlook is challenging, as a significant correction or even a crash would also be long overdue. Gold has gained over 60% in the last 12 months, and the trend is fully intact. Could it soon reach USD 5,000?

US banks declare a golden age: JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Kobo Resources and the maximum leverage
Wall Street's gold price forecasts for 2026 are unusually clear. Both JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs have raised their price targets significantly and see the precious metal on the verge of a historic breakout. But while the big banks primarily manage their business through volume and hedging, the market offers additional opportunities for speculative investors. Small explorers like Kobo Resources could become particularly interesting precisely because the big institutional players have not yet invested here.

Reasons for the gold rush in 2025 – How Barrick Mining, Kobo Resources, and Newmont are positioned
Gold is experiencing a historic upswing, driven by a shift in central bank policy, unabated central bank purchases, and escalating geopolitical tensions. This rare constellation is pushing the price of the precious metal into unprecedented territory and creating an extraordinary environment for selected miners. The exciting question is: Which companies are best positioned to benefit from this boom? The answer leads us to Barrick Mining, Kobo Resources, and Newmont.

Top performers for 2026 wanted! Siemens Energy, Globex Mining, JinkoSolar, and Nordex in focus
The 2025 investment year is nearing its end, with gains of just under 20% in both the DAX 40 and NASDAQ 100 indices. These two benchmarks remain the focus of attention for European investors, as they represent the benchmark for portfolios in their respective areas. Asset managers did not have an easy time of it until the middle of the year, as they had to switch back to "normal mode" very quickly after Trump's tariff correction in April, despite all the uncertainties. This meant bringing their clients' portfolios back into "risk-on" mode, which is very nerve-wracking in the current environment. Excessive government debt, never-ending geopolitical conflicts, and creeping inflation are leading to higher interest rates, which are considered poison for growth-oriented equity investments. Where can money be made in 2026? With today's selection, we attempt to navigate our way forward through the fog.

Gold rush 2026: Position yourself quickly! Keep an eye on Barrick, B2Gold, Desert Gold, and DroneShield!
Who would have thought it? Gold and silver are the clear winners among defensive assets in the 2025 investment year. Protection against inflation, geopolitical risks, and fiscal-policy uncertainty has made precious metals shine, which, despite all the doom and gloom from tech stock market traders, were able to generate high double-digit returns of 57% and 82%, respectively. Of course, a 10% drop in the US dollar is weighing on returns in euros, but there is still a nice profit left in the account. Gold and silver mining stocks and, selectively, some explorers performed even better. In today's peer group, we turn our attention to the African continent, where important changes in the regulatory and economic environment could transform local producers into potential cash machines in 2026.

100% price potential! Bayer, Steyr Motors, and gold gem Kobo Resources
Kobo Resources shares have awakened in the past week. The gold explorer gained 20%, and according to analysts, this is far from over. They see the fair value of the mining projects at more than 100% above the current company value. Bayer shares have performed particularly well this year. Very few would have thought a price increase of over 70% in 2025 possible. Now, however, analysts are putting the brakes on the euphoria. And what about Steyr Motors? The shares of the specialty engine manufacturer have shifted into high gear again in recent weeks. Analysts are enthusiastic about the technology in this niche market. They see significant sales growth and rising margins.
