RENK, D-Wave, and drone insider tip Volatus Aerospace: INSIDER SALE, SHARE PRICE EXPLOSION, 100% OPPORTUNITY

Another drone insider tip is Volatus Aerospace. There is growth potential in civil and military applications. The Company earns money, among other things, by training drone pilots and monitoring areas and bridges. Analysts expect strong sales and profit growth in the coming years and conservatively estimate that the stock could rise by more than 100%. Is it time to take profits at RENK? In any case, one insider has cashed in. This is understandable, given that the defense stock has already gained around 270% this year alone. And the quantum hype is back. Following a "milestone for the industry," D-Wave shares exploded by 50% in one week.

Volatus Aerospace: Drone stock with 100% potential

Volatus Aerospace is an exciting insider tip in the drone sector. The Canadian company offers services related to surveillance and transport using drones for civil and military applications. Volatus provides drones with high-tech cameras, trains pilots, and handles repairs. The Canadian company also operates its own drone fleet and develops software for autonomous missions. In 2024, more than 3,000 drone pilots were trained, and over 4,000 surveillance flights and 700 transport flights were carried out. After generating revenue of around CAD 27 million in 2024, the Company expects to significantly increase this figure in the current year and thus also reach profitability. Analysts believe that Volatus shares could reach a price of CAD 0.32. Given the current price of CAD 0.135, this would mean that the value of the shares would more than double.

Analysts at Ventum Capital Markets expect Volatus to expand beyond its home market of Canada, particularly in the US and Europe. The Company also sees great opportunities in Africa. Ventum analysts believe Volatus will also benefit from rising spending by NATO countries outside the US. Volatus could not only take over pilot training but also the surveillance of military installations and border sections, for example. However, there is also great potential in the civilian sector. In Germany, for example, the countless dilapidated bridges could be analyzed more efficiently, and changes to the building fabric could be documented.

The analysts' sales and profit estimates for the coming years are promising. The experts expect sales to almost double to CAD 52.3 million in the current year. EBITDA is expected to reach CAD 4.9 million. By 2026, they believe Volatus will generate revenue of CAD 70.8 million and EBITDA of CAD 10.1 million. The analysts also point out that these estimates represent a base-case scenario. If Volatus actually succeeds in quickly monetizing its pipeline, which it claims is worth more than CAD 600 million, significantly higher revenues and profits should be possible. Given the market capitalization of less than CAD 100 million, the analysts recommend Volatus shares as a "Buy".

    RENK: Insider cashes in

Compared to Volatus Aerospace's drone business model, RENK's gear systems seem more like something from the past. However, investors remain unfazed by this and are driving RENK's share price to ever-new highs. The Company's share price, known for its gearboxes for the Leopard 2 tank, has risen by around 270% this year alone. The market capitalization is now almost EUR 7 billion. This raises the question of profit-taking. Klaus Stahlmann answered this question with a resounding "yes" last week and cashed in. The RENK supervisory board sold shares worth EUR 2.1 million last Thursday.

And what do analysts say? The majority have been chasing the rapidly rising share price for months. The latest example: Last week, Deutsche Bank raised its price target from EUR 55 to EUR 64 in response to the quarterly figures and the outlook until 2028. The "Buy" recommendation was maintained, even though the share was already trading at EUR 61 at that time. During the week, the EUR 70 mark was even broken.

According to marketscreener.com, 8 out of 11 analysts recommend buying RENK shares, and three recommend holding them. There are no sell recommendations. However, the average target price is EUR 57.65, and even the biggest RENK bull, Berenberg, sees the fair value at EUR 72, only slightly above the current level.

D-Wave Quantum: "Milestone for the entire industry"

While Volatus Aerospace is expected to generate around CAD 52 million in revenue this year and is valued at less than CAD 100 million, D-Wave is in a completely different league. Of course, the business areas of drone services and quantum computing cannot be compared. Nevertheless, with expected annual revenue of USD 24 million and a market capitalization of around USD 5.5 billion, the valuation is certainly ambitious. Of course, this does not necessarily mean that the stock cannot rise further – it has proven this once again in impressive fashion.

D-Wave shares rose by more than 50% last week alone. This impressively demonstrates that the quantum hype is back. "Today marks a significant milestone not only for D-Wave but for the entire quantum computing industry, as we launch our sixth-generation quantum computer, a system powerful enough to solve difficult problems that are beyond the reach of even the world's largest exascale GPU-based classical supercomputers," said Dr. Alan Baratz, CEO of D-Wave.

The Advantage2 system is equipped with D-Wave's most advanced quantum processor to date and was developed for real-world applications in areas such as optimization, material simulation, and artificial intelligence (AI). Customers can now access the Advantage2 system through D-Wave's Leap™ real-time quantum cloud service, which is available in more than 40 countries and offers 99.9% availability and uptime, response times of less than one second, and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance to meet enterprise needs and security requirements. For hyperscalers and supercomputing centers looking to integrate quantum computing into their infrastructure, the Advantage2 system is also available for purchase for on-premises operation.

Drones and quantum computing will likely change the world in the coming years. How quickly and how strongly remains to be seen, but D-Wave and Volatus are demonstrating that these future-oriented topics can already generate revenue today. Volatus shares are still a real insider tip, and analysts' expectations of a doubling in value appear plausible. RENK shares are ripe for profit-taking, even though the stock could well continue to rise.

Just a few days ago, Democratic US Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona dropped a political bombshell in Washington. In an interview on CBS's "Face the Nation" last Sunday, Kelly criticized the current state of the US military. According to him, stockpiles have been completely "bled dry" as a consequence of the Gulf conflict. The politician described his impressions following a briefing by the US Department of Defense. According to Kelly, ammunition stockpiles—particularly Tomahawk missiles, Patriot air defence systems, and SM-3 interceptor missiles—have been severely depleted, calling the situation "shocking." The extensive strikes against Iran have reportedly reduced inventories to such an extent that the national security of the United States could now be at risk. Rebuilding these stockpiles, Kelly warned, could take years. This, in turn, could leave the US vulnerable in potential future conflicts, particularly in the Pacific region. With these remarks, Mark Kelly articulated concerns that many observers have been discussing for weeks. According to this assessment, the US military has significantly reduced key inventories in a short period of time due to the conflict with Iran, potentially affecting operational readiness—especially concerning possible future tensions involving China, which had already been identified as a strategic challenge to US global leadership under the administrations of Barack Obama and Joe Biden. This is also likely to have consequences in light of current President Donald Trump's visit to China.

Stock markets are racing from one record high to the next. AI stocks and tech giants, in particular, have now reached valuations that many experts already consider overheated. Investors are therefore increasingly wondering where attractive opportunities can still be found. But beyond the obvious market favourites, compelling investment stories continue to emerge. Whether strategic raw materials for the new world order, beneficiaries of the global energy boom, or companies with billion-dollar potential in the security sector, some companies may still be only at the beginning of a much larger upward trend despite already trading near all-time highs.

USD 1.5 Trillion US Defence Budget for 2027 – Up 44% Year over Year: Volatus Aerospace Provides the Drone Technology

The new US defence budget request for 2027 is a bombshell at USD 1.5 trillion. That is 44% more than the previous year. But the real bombshell is the strategic realignment. A full USD 63 billion is earmarked for unmanned systems alone. One Canadian company is ideally equipped for this, though it comes from an unusual background. Instead of relying solely on military technology, Volatus Aerospace has spent years monitoring pipelines, power lines, and offshore wind farms. This commercial foundation could now prove to be a decisive advantage.
