Things are heating up with Alibaba and Credissential, while Palantir and SAP ride the AI boom
The stock market is picking up speed. In addition to the high-tech and AI fantasy, there are rumors of peace in Ukraine. European equities that are likely to play a role in any reconstruction are attracting a lot of attention. Cement maker Heidelberg Materials has been performing well for weeks, and Siemens is also gaining daily. Outside of geopolitical considerations, SAP remains the only German cloud of hope to be a long-running success. Is a correction possible here? It is difficult to imagine at the moment, so attention is turning to lagging stocks or stocks that have already fully exploited their momentum. For those paying close attention, divergences are visible!

Palantir, Credissential, Deutsche Bank – AI separates winners from losers
AI is revolutionizing the business world and, for good reason, transforming entire industries. Palantir is setting new standards in data analysis by integrating Grok, the AI chatbot developed by Elon Musk for his X platform. The Canadian tech company Credissential is also pursuing a platform approach. Here, the AI-supported solution is developing a comprehensive package for buying used cars online in the US market. In addition to the vehicle, the software is being developed and marketed to a predominantly young audience and Credissential is building its software to offer appropriate insurance, transfer costs, and other relevant add-ons. Once implemented, the company expects an improved conversion rate by connecting to the digital marketplace. Deutsche Bank is currently facing a fine of EUR 10 million. Employees sold financial derivatives to small and medium-sized companies in Spain, whose risks was largely not communicated.

Palantir, Desert Gold, MicroStrategy – Profits with data, gold, and Bitcoin
In times of looming trade war and high volatility, as recently triggered by DeepSeek, one should invest in booming business models. Otherwise, in these turbulent times, it is wise to move at least part of your portfolio into "safe havens." Traditionally, this has been gold, but for the younger generation, who are more willing to take risks, it is cryptocurrencies. To outperform the market in the long term requires patience and foresight. Today, we look at three companies in the fields of data processing, gold, and cryptocurrencies and examine where the risks and opportunities lie.

Palantir, First Phosphate, BYD – AI, battery raw materials, and e-mobility are driving growth
Fresh quarterly figures and new projects for the electrified world shape this week's stock market. Palantir is posting impressive quarterly figures and achieving new price jumps on the stock market. Investors can expect further growth from the US company with the DOGE project from Trump and Musk. DOGE is streamlining bureaucratic structures, a huge opportunity for Palantir. Raw material producer First Phosphate is positioning itself in the booming market for LFP batteries and is planning sustainable large-scale production of battery raw materials in Canada. Meanwhile, Chinese electric automaker BYD is strengthening its presence in Germany with the appointment of an experienced domestic sales director and setting ambitious sales targets of 50,000 vehicles per year. Novo Nordisk, Desert Gold Ventures, Palantir – AI madness, Trump fuels the gold rush
Things have been moving at a rapid pace since the old and new President of the United States, Donald Trump, took office. Around 80 decrees were signed on the first working day alone. One of the Republican's goals is to make the US the "global hub for crypto and artificial intelligence". With the commitment of over USD 500 billion for the largest AI project in history, the industry is likely to face further appreciation. The price of gold has also increased, and it is now approaching the magic mark of USD 3,000 per ounce. In this context, producers and exploration companies are now likely to tap into their catch-up potential.

Almonty, Rheinmetall, Palantir - Strategic decisions in global competition
Geopolitical tensions and technological innovations are the driving forces behind the current market movements in the defense and AI sectors. The leading tungsten producer, Almonty Industries, plans to move its headquarters to the US to strengthen domestic raw material independence for the defense industry. The timing is ideal as China tightens trade restrictions on both raw materials and US defense companies. Meanwhile, in Germany, the Federal Cartel Office has approved a far-reaching German-Italian defense project between Rheinmetall AG and Leonardo S.p.A. - the aim is to strengthen European security, particularly with regard to ground troops. The US tech company Palantir Technologies is further expanding its position in the AI market and is increasingly using AI platform technology for commercial customers. We look at what investors need to know now.

Artificial intelligence and crypto mania – the 500% duo! Bitcoin, MicroStrategy, Credissential, Palantir and D-Wave
Since the tech bubble of 2000, no other year of investment has seen such huge gains for just a few sectors as 2024. And it looks like 2025 will be no different! Bitcoin, high-tech, artificial intelligence and armaments were and are the blockbuster topics for making quick money. MicroStrategy, D-Wave, Palantir, and Nvidia are the current protagonists of this incredible spectacle. Now these stocks have priced in a golden future, in some cases with P/E ratios of over 100. What comes next? Even experts are at a loss - nobody expects a correction here as all the shorts of recent weeks have turned into painful experiences. Palantir – Data as gold, or should one add Desert Gold and MicroStrategy to the portfolio for 2025?
In today's world, digital technologies are integral to our lives, and as we navigate the internet, we disclose data that is now considered the gold of the 21st century. Tech giants leverage this data for personalised offerings, thereby securing competitive advantages. Palantir has made a name for itself as a big data analyst and has grown considerably as a result. The other option is to invest in gold or crypto companies. The price of gold and Bitcoin has risen significantly in the past year. We look at a company from each sector and see which stock deserves a place in your portfolio.

100% chance of peace in 2025: Ukraine, Israel & Syria! Rheinmetall, Renk, Almonty and Palantir in focus
The DAX ran a little hot in December, with a new all-time high of over 20,522 points. Shortly before Christmas, it fell back to 19,850 points. Some say healthy; others say a turnaround. The fact is that the 2024 investment year was only positive for a fraction of the listed stocks despite the recessionary environment. They come from the high-tech, artificial intelligence, banking and defense sectors. With the renewed escalation of Russian attacks at the turn of the year, hopes for peace have been postponed for the time being, leaving defense stocks with their dearly paid-for charm. Producers of strategic metals are again coming into focus because, for Western industrial nations, the task is to secure supply chains as best as possible. Where are the opportunities for investors at the turn of the year?

Vote of confidence: What is the future of high-tech and crypto? SMCI, Myriad Uranium, MicroStrategy and Palantir in focus
Yesterday, Chancellor Scholz asked the Bundestag for a confidence vote. There were 394 no votes for a continuation of the federal government, thus paving the way for elections in February 2025. How will energy policy, in particular, change? CDU rival Merz wants to tackle the issue by including all available sources. Does that mean a return to nuclear energy? The situation in Germany is dramatic. After the shutdown of seven large power plants in 2024, a new term is making the rounds: 'dark doldrums'. The term describes periods when there is hardly any wind, and the sun does not provide any energy either. The remaining fossil fuel power plants are running at full capacity, fuelled by coal, oil and gas. Internationally, nuclear power has long been recognised as a central energy source, even under the 'NetZero' framework, and the development of new technologies is advancing. What should investors pay particular attention to now?
