Almonty, Rheinmetall, Steyr Motors: Why defense stocks are exploding now!
The world is entering a new geopolitical era: armament and defense production have top priority. Countries are effectively investing unlimited sums into their defense industries, which means gigantic opportunities for investors! Those who are positioned correctly now can benefit from price increases that are rarely seen, even in the most dynamic tech sectors. One example? The stock of Steyr Motors AG: Just a month ago, it was still available for EUR 14.80. This morning, it exploded on Tradegate to up to EUR 426.00 – an incredible price increase of 2,778%!

D-Wave and naoo stocks escalate! Will the rally continue? HelloFresh after a price slide with a 100% chance?
100% in one week! D-Wave's stock made a spectacular comeback last week. Despite stagnating revenues and high losses, investors pushed the stock to its old record level of USD 10. Can the rally continue after such a strong outlook? naoo's stock has also rebounded. The newcomer to the German stock market combines the opportunities of social media and AI. The sell-off was likely exaggerated, and a takeover caused the price to jump. And what about HelloFresh? After a disappointing outlook, the stock fell sharply. Is a 100% price gain possible now?

Barrick Gold, Golden Cariboo, Alamos Gold – Gold stocks on the verge of a breakout
Last week, history was made on the stock market. For the first time, the price of gold rose above the magical mark of USD 3,000 per troy ounce. Escalating trade wars, the announcement of punitive tariffs, and the continued geopolitical uncertainty fueled demand for the yellow precious metal. The primary beneficiaries of this boom are gold producers and exploration companies, which, however, are lagging in terms of price performance against the strike price and, therefore, have a high catch-up potential.

Another 200% price gain with Renk, thyssenkrupp or Almonty Industries?
Defense stocks are off to a strong start in the new trading week, with price targets continuing to rise. However, Rheinmetall and Co. seem to have run a little hot. It is worth taking a look at the second tier or along the value chain. Almonty Industries, for example, offers a buying opportunity with a single-digit P/E ratio and, according to analysts, an upside potential of over 200%. The tungsten producer is on the brink of a golden era. Its raw material is not only used in the latest generation of anti-aircraft ammunition but is also essential for countless products in the military and civilian sectors. As a result, the world's largest producer, China, is increasingly using export restrictions as a "weapon". thyssenkrupp has also been able to benefit from its defense division in recent weeks. The IPO is taking shape, and the government may purchase shares. And what is Renk doing? The transmission manufacturer has reported a major order in the US, and the target price is rising sharply.

Bayer, Vidac Pharma, BioNTech – Making money with biotech and pharmaceutical innovations
More and more investors are betting on companies that are leaving traditional therapeutic paths to rethink cancer, chronic inflammation, or nutritional issues. While some corporations struggle with their balance sheets due to mountains of debt and patent expirations, others are quietly developing technologies that crack the metabolic code of diseases. Whether anti-aging tests from saliva samples, mRNA-based cancer cocktails, or active ingredients that overcome the blood-brain barrier – the stock market rewards those who combine research success with strategic risk-taking. But which companies have what it takes to develop the blockbusters of tomorrow? Let's take a closer look at three companies.

After the NASDAQ correction – Hightech on the rebound: Palantir, Amazon, MiMedia, SMCI, and Intel on the rise
The NASDAQ correction was sharp and brief, with a 15% drop from 22,200 to 19,100 in just 4 weeks. In the context of a normal consolidation, that might be enough to bring the heavily overbought tech stocks back to normal levels. Unfortunately, however, there are also valid fundamental reasons that can be traced back to the official chaos of the new US President, Donald Trump. He is making wild tariff demands and withdrawing key resources from all international partnerships. This departure from normal political behavior could have a much more significant impact on the stock market, as global trade relations are faltering, while inflation and currency devaluation continue. Which tech stocks should be considered now?

Hydrogen stocks make a comeback and attract billions in investment! Nel ASA, Nordex, First Hydrogen
Almost 100% in three days. The Nel share celebrated a brilliant comeback last week. The entry of the Samsung Group as a new major shareholder in the Norwegian company shows that hydrogen continues to have a future. Can the rally continue? First Hydrogen's timing could hardly have been better. Shortly after announcing its expansion into Europe, the EUR 500 billion package for infrastructure in Germany has been approved. Of this, EUR 100 billion is reserved for the Climate and Transformation Fund (KTF). Accordingly, stocks in the renewable energy sector ended the week on a positive note. First Hydrogen is not the only company hoping to get a piece of the billion-euro pie; Nordex shareholders are also hoping for rising revenues. Analysts see potential.

Palantir, NetraMark, Alibaba – AI stocks set for an upward trend
For the first time in history, the German leading index, DAX, broke through the historic 23,000-point mark in the past trading week. There were also records to report for the precious metal gold, which jumped over the USD 3,000 per ounce mark. In comparison, US indices, like the Dow Jones or Nasdaq, are still in a correction cycle. However, signs of stabilization are emerging, particularly with the Nasdaq, which may present interesting entry opportunities after the massive losses in tech stocks.

Big Pharma's billion-dollar markets under pressure – NetraMark as the key for Bayer and Novo Nordisk?
In 2025, the pharmaceutical market faces significant challenges, including rising costs and regulatory hurdles. In this environment, companies like NetraMark, Bayer, and Novo Nordisk could make a significant difference through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. NetraMark, a Canadian HealthTech company, is revolutionizing clinical trials with AI technology, which could be particularly beneficial in the areas of research into active ingredients for the central nervous system and in oncology. These are currently the biggest dropouts in industry. NetraMark's technology could increase the efficiency of drug development and open up new opportunities for investors. Bayer is focusing on targeted therapies in precision oncology and has a promising drug in development that specifically targets an overarching mutation in various cancers. Novo Nordisk is cementing its reputation as an innovator in the fight against chronic obesity, particularly with its successor to the obesity drug CagriSema. The Phase III REDEFINE 2 study achieved its primary objective, although the results fell short of high expectations. A closer look is now warranted.

NASDAQ crash, inflation, and price shocks – Gold protects! Golden Cariboo, TUI, Lufthansa, and Carnival
Just three weeks ago, euphoria reigned on the markets, with the DAX, NASDAQ and EURO STOXX reaching new heights – now the tech rally seems to be over for the time being. Germany has voted, and a grand coalition must now take charge of the current issues. However, the challenges remain formidable, and exploratory talks are proving correspondingly tricky. It remains to be seen whether a new government will be formed soon. Donald Trump is taking a unique path in the US and is alienating all former allies. He has boldly taken up the cause of resolving the Ukraine conflict – but so far nothing has happened! China is reporting a slump in exports, while in Europe, the debt ceiling is to be relaxed in order to overcome the tough transformation of the modern age. Infrastructure has been neglected for too long, digitization is in its infancy, and now there is a dramatic need for rearmament. This smells like more debt, higher prices, and further currency devaluation - a fertile ground for gold investments, as the precious metal recently reached a new high of USD 2,950 while everything else is falling. What happens next?
