In their analysis, the experts came to the conclusion that the annual Canadian market for food and alternative cannabis products is worth CAD 2.7 billion. The vast majority of this emerging cannabis 2.0 market will be products based on cannabis extracts, including foods, which the analysis puts at CAD 1.6 billion alone.
