Defence Therapeutics, BioNTech, Valneva - When will things pick up again?
Biotechnology companies can experience a significant, sometimes even exponential, increase in value virtually overnight with a new, successful active ingredient. BioNTech is a prime example of this. But not every research effort leads to success, and CureVac shareholders can tell you a thing or two about that. Canada's Defence Therapeutics and Valneva have innovative research pipelines. Where should investors consider investing now?

NIO, Defense Metals, Plug Power - It is getting critical
Today we are faced with ever-tighter climate targets on the one hand and the availability of critical minerals for a safe and fast energy transition on the other. The disparity between scarce supply and steadily increasing demand is widening. There has been a threat of extreme scarcity and a crashing failure of the widely announced climate change for many years. The few producers of strategic materials are likely to have a bright future.

Alibaba, TalkPool AG, Deutsche Telekom - Here are reasons to buy!
Alibaba's share price has been firmly in the grip of the bears lately. With a loss of more than 60%, the share is one of the hardest-to-fall tech giants since the end of 2020. However, one of the world's fans is not fazed by the share price decline: Charlie Munger. Together with Warren Buffett, the 97-year-old still runs Berkshire Hathaway - one of the most successful investment companies of all time. Munger has already stealthily made another grab at Alibaba while others were saying goodbye. He is not alone on Wall Street in this, even if analysts are still holding back anxiously. We take a look at a few interesting IT players.

LVMH, Diamcor, Porsche - Demand skyrockets
"I have never hated a man so much that I would have given him back his diamonds," Zsa Zsa Gabor is said to have once remarked. Yet the movie star was married no fewer than eight times. The demand for precious stones is increasing, not only because of more marriages but also because of the fear of inflation and currency devaluation. The diamond industry is experiencing increasing demand, especially from the Arab world, the newly strengthened Chinese middle class and India.

Aspermont, flatexDEGIRO, TeamViewer - Buy recommendations from analysts
Growth and expectations play a crucial role in share price development. But often, it is the discrepancy between expectations and forecasts on the one hand and the facts on the other that move prices. If expectations are missed, and this happens more often or to a serious extent, it can lead to prolonged share price weakness. On the other hand, overly high expectations of the investment community or a failure to recognize growth prospects can lead to good investment opportunities. Analysts recommend buying the following stocks.

Standard Lithium, Meta Materials, Varta - The race is still open!
Faster than expected, the shift toward electric drive is taking place among motorists. Political pressure and public opinion drive some car buyers to the alternative powertrain counter despite many technical hurdles. That is creating an increased demand for many critical raw materials, which is currently challenging to meet. As a result, prices for metals and battery materials have been going through the roof for several months now, and a veritable commodity inflation is spreading. We look at interesting investment opportunities.

Adler Group, Barsele Minerals, Deutsche Telekom: Everything is at stake
The real estate market in China is shaky. A European real estate company has been the subject of speculation recently. Hedge funds have accused the Luxembourg Company Adler Group of irregularities. Allianz, wallstreet:online, Commerzbank - Quo vadis stock markets?
The markets are highly nervous at the moment. First, the Corona numbers went up again, then the Chinese real estate giant Evergrande was on the verge of collapse, and the supply chains are still not back in step. The result was falling indexes. That automatically leads to more fear, as the Fear and Greed Index also showed. Last week, the market calmed down slightly, and the fear index dropped from 27 to 34 points. In Germany, there is also the fact that more people have dabbled in equity investments due to a lack of interest rates. According to the Global Wealth Report, the purchase of securities grew by 65%. Many of the newly added shareholders know only rising stock markets. Consolidation would not hurt the market. On the other hand, there is hardly any alternative to investing money at the moment. It remains exciting.

Deutsche Post, Memiontec, Bayer - Here is where the action is
After heavy losses in recent weeks - the DAX losing more than 1,200 points at its peak and briefly slipping below the 15,000-point mark - the mood is brightening again. The German benchmark index, now made up of 40 members, is back on track for a year-end rally despite concerns about stagflation. The 16,000 peak beckons once again. Individual stocks are likely to outperform in the final weeks of the stock market year based on the recently reported fundamental data.

Central African Gold, Varta, Standard Lithium - Get in or get out?
Electromobility is on the rise. Growth is gaining momentum, spurred on by massive political support. Increasing quantities of various raw materials and critical metals are needed for renewable energy plants, storage facilities and grids. Copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt and lithium are gaining enormous importance. China often dominates the global supply.
