AI trend only at the beginning - Palantir, Star Navigation Systems, C3.AI
The topic of artificial intelligence finally reached the masses with the meteoric rise of the chatbot ChatGPT and is unlikely to be stopped despite short-term bans, as happened in Italy. The topic is also already on everyone's lips on the capital market. The companies in the sector are exposed to a high degree of fluctuation, which is nothing unusual at the beginning of a long-term trend.

Blackout in Germany! Siemens Energy, Myriad Uranium, Rheinmetall - We are shutting down the reactors!
Only three more weeks until the final shutdown of the last 3 nuclear reactors in the Federal Republic of Germany. How nice that we can rely on supplies from France, Belgium and the Czech Republic to meet our electricity needs in the future. The traffic light coalition in Berlin obviously believes that this is a service to the German citizens. Wrongly thought: both on the cost side of energy purchasing and on the safety side, the elected politicians are once again doing us a disservice. The bottom line is that electricity prices will continue to rise, the implementation of e-mobility will become increasingly questionable, and the security situation at the borders of our republic will become more and more precarious because we should not be fooled into thinking that a Czech reactor poses fewer risks than the Isar 2 nuclear power plant in Ohu. How can the equity investor still profit?

Blackrock Silver, Amazon, FREYR Battery - Is now the time to get in?
The increasing demand for lithium in the fast-growing market for electric vehicles and electronic devices is helping to make the US state of Nevada a leader in the lithium industry with its abundant lithium deposits and favourable business climate. The exploration company Blackrock Silver has secured a lithium site there and is thus well-positioned for the unbroken demand for this raw material. The recently launched lithium-ion battery plant of FREYR Battery also proves the high demand. Another advantage for investors at FREYR Battery is already the more than 98% CO2-free production. This is exactly where Amazon seems to have a problem with its data centres in Oregon.

Energy turnaround for your portfolio: RWE, GoviEx Uranium, Nordex
Clean energy is a dream for humanity. Property owners can fulfil the dream of clean energy by installing photovoltaic systems. But what about when large industrial companies, such as BASF, need electricity? While renewable energy has to be stored temporarily, nuclear power plants deliver reliably. The technology, which is frowned upon in Germany, is currently experiencing a revival worldwide. We explain which forms of energy also have a future for investors.

Winners in electromobility: BYD, First Phosphate, Leoni, Tesla
Electromobility is unbearable. The US electric pioneer delivered 422,875 vehicles in the first three months of the year. This figure slightly exceeded analyst forecasts of 421,000 units. In the Gigafactory in Grünheide, 5,000 electric cars are coming off the production line every week, making about 250,000 per year. If Tesla has its way, there could be 1 million e-cars annually in a few years. But Tesla is not the only winner in electric mobility. BYD is also convincing in terms of sales, and analysts are raising the price target. More e-cars also mean more batteries. First Phosphate wants to profit from this. Once the current capital increase is completed, there is an opportunity to get in. A cable manufacturer should also be in a good position, but unfortunately, shareholders at Leoni face a total loss.

Triple AAA is in demand in the crisis - Amazon, Aspermont and Alibaba keep their promises!
The DAX rises and rises and rises. At 15,742 points, a new high for the year was reached again yesterday, and the all-time high at around 16,290 points now also appears within reach. The strong rise in interest rates of recent months has slowed down somewhat, as inflation rates are no longer in double digits. However, it is questionable whether the next bull market on the NASDAQ is imminent since the FED recently indicated that it was not yet thinking about interest rate cuts. The so-called "dot plots" of the central bank members, however, speak a different language. We look at some classic growth stocks that are now returning to focus.

New hydrogen stars First Hydrogen and SMA Solar - how is the share of Plug Power?
Are we currently seeing a change of favourites in cleantech stocks, particularly in the hydrogen sector? With Plug Power and Nel ASA, investors seem to be losing hope in profitable business models. Yet Plug Power has just reported a record. In contrast, First Hydrogen is going from strength to strength. While the commercial hydrogen vehicles are currently being tested in practice, the next generation of vehicles has been presented. Analysts continue to regard the share as undervalued. SMA Solar is increasingly becoming a cleantech powerhouse. The solar specialist is expanding its product portfolio in the smart home market and wants to get involved in the hydrogen sector.

Mercedes-Benz, Canadian North Resources, Rheinmetall: Canada leads the way in raw material supply for electromobility
The energy turnaround is prompting German carmakers such as Mercedes-Benz and defence companies such as Rheinmetall to further expand their search for precious metals. In particular, the Stuttgart-based DAX-listed company has chosen the treasure-rich country of Canada as a cooperation partner for the guaranteed supply of nickel, lithium and cobalt. For explorer Canadian North Resources, such agreements are ideal as the Company pushes ahead with its 100% owned Ferguson Lake nickel, copper, cobalt, palladium and platinum project: further drilling is promising.

Crisis comeback? There is a solution! Deutsche Bank, Vonovia, Globex Mining
March was a dark month for the shares of Deutsche Bank and Vonovia - the prices of both companies fell by more than 20%. In recent weeks, the uncertainty surrounding banks and real estate companies was too great. At the same time, the gold price rose significantly and even surpassed the USD 2,000 mark. We look at what the contrasting price movements mean and where laggards can be found.

BioNTech, BioNxt Solutions, Bayer - The big one is only a matter of time
The biotech and pharmaceutical industry is currently in a constant state of flux, driven by the introduction of new technologies and the fight against global health problems. Producing medicines and therapies to alleviate diseases is of great value to people's health. Against the backdrop of an ageing population in industrialised nations, the sector will continue to be of great importance.
