Hensoldt, Gazprom, Triumph Gold - These stocks will explode like Alibaba!

  • Gold

The Ukrainian crisis has triggered a humanitarian catastrophe and a deep and extended price increase around the globe. Inflation is galloping, so central banks will have to react soon. In terms of COVID-19, not much is likely to happen after the freedom declarations, but whether the economy can sustainably gain momentum remains questionable. Supply chains have been disrupted, interest rates for financing are rising vehemently, and there are many question marks on the raw materials side, especially in the metals sector. As if by magic, there was a strong countermovement after the sell-off in China and Hong Kong in the last few weeks. And Alibaba & Co. made leaps of joy of up to 25% plus. We look at other price share price curiosities.

RWE, Kleos Space, TeamViewer - Powerful rebound

  • Space

The Ukraine conflict still dominates the markets around the globe. However, most indices have been playing a de-escalation scenario in recent days. The DAX has already made up more than 2,000 points since its low. In contrast, precious metals such as gold and silver are losing massively, and the oil markets are reducing the exaggeration, at least in the short term. In terms of individual stocks, it is mainly the hard-hit banks and financial services companies performing well. In contrast, there are still attractive opportunities in various technology stocks.

TUI, Lufthansa, mm2 Asia: Shares for the opening after Corona

  • Tourism
  • entertainment

Currently, the news surrounding Russia's war of aggression dominates the capital market. A second event that has a significant impact on share prices: is the COVID-19 pandemic. And even if the daily infection figures are still at record levels, Germany is on the verge of dropping measures. Other countries are even further along. Companies are likely to benefit from this. For example, the tourism group TUI and Deutsche Lufthansa. TUI sees considerable pent-up demand, and Lufthansa is benefiting from the optimism of a competitor. However, analysts are still skeptical about both. The Asian entertainment company mm2 Asia should also benefit from upcoming concerts and cinema openings. In the first half of 2021, sales have already more than doubled.

Uranium Energy Corp., Barsele Minerals, Endeavour Silver - Commodities for the future

  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Commodities

We live in turbulent times: Climate change, e-mobility, traffic change. After the pandemic, the war in Ukraine is now shaking the world. Investors are fleeing to safe-havens. Precious metal prices have recently risen significantly, with the price of a troy ounce of gold moving towards an all-time high. Cryptocurrencies also made gains. Given the geopolitical and energy situation, high stock market fluctuations are still expected. Where is it worth taking a closer look now?

Rheinmetall, Nordex, Kodiak Copper: The 100% stock sensation in copper and nickel!

  • Copper
  • Nickel

At the start of this week, the London Metal Exchange (LME) had to suspend the futures market on nickel because the margin calls overwhelmed some market participants. Forward prices had exploded from USD 25,000 to USD 100,000 within two weeks. As a result, the critical industrial metal is more expensive than ever before. The LME will resume nickel trading today. It will be interesting to see where the short squeeze will drive the price. In the meantime, the few producers of the metal have probably also set out to bring their mined goods to the market in the best possible way. Similar shortages now exist in the electrical conductor metal, copper, and some other battery and high-tech metals. We present a few interesting investments.

Valneva, Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, Bayer - Immune to the crisis?

  • medtech

No sooner did the Corona pandemic seem to be under control than the world was shocked by the invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine. So far, the stock markets have digested the whole situation well. But even without further escalation, the supply situation for raw materials, among other things, will become more complex. The first signs are already awaiting us at the gas pumps. The rise in inflation will continue. Where should one invest given this mixed situation? Regardless of the economic and security situation, stocks from the healthcare sector are a good choice. Beyond fighting viruses or infectious diseases, there are great growth areas. Cancer is one such area. In addition, medical technology is increasingly bringing innovative technologies to the market, in some cases in conjunction with artificial intelligence, with disruption potential.

K+S, MAS Gold, Hensoldt - Shares around fertilizers, gold and armaments on the upswing

  • Gold
  • armaments

Even in times of crisis, there are always winners. In the case of the Ukraine crisis, these are the fertilizer producers due to the lack of wheat from Russia and Ukraine. With their fertilizers, wheat producers are trying to at least partially meet the excess demand. Gold managed to break out on the upside after the war began and is still considered a safe haven. Last but not least, of course, the defense industry is benefiting from the war drive. Today, we take a look at one company from each sector.

Volkswagen, Edison Lithium, BYD - Important and expensive raw materials

  • Electromobility
  • Lithium

The electromobility industry is growing rapidly, and automakers are accelerating their electric strategy. However, this requires the necessary resources such as cobalt, copper, lithium and nickel. Increased demand is meeting a more than scarce supply. The result is sharply rising prices. The primary beneficiaries are the producers, who can expect growing sales and profits in the coming years.

BASF, Almonty Industries, Bayer - These stocks are providing the momentum

  • Tungsten

New battery technology from BASF promises faster charging times. The Ludwigshafen-based conglomerate talks of 15 minutes for charging an e-car with a 600km range. New batteries require the appropriate materials, such as the element tungsten. In this area, Almonty Industries provides supplies thanks to its resource-rich mine in South Korea. Meanwhile, Bayer AG in Leverkusen is busy shrinking itself back to health. Bayer's stock has been rising somewhat since it was announced that it was divesting its pest control division.

Newmont, Ximen Mining, Barrick Gold - Deceptive calm

  • Gold

Hopes of an imminent end to the war in Ukraine are causing the stock markets to turn upward again. The German stock market barometer DAX climbed above the psychologically important mark of 14,000 points. In contrast, the precious metals gold and silver, known as crisis currencies, came under heavy pressure. The various types of oil also lost a disproportionate amount of value, falling by more than 3%. The question is now whether the calming is only a flash in the pan or whether a new buying window will open in the short term, especially for the precious metals.
