SIXT, Nikola, Newlox Gold: New ways to higher returns

  • Environmental Protection

Successful companies often do things a little differently than their competitors. Sometimes it takes a while for an approach that is ridiculed at the beginning, to be approved, be successful and then copied. SIXT, for example, saw itself as a mobility service provider early on. The car rental Company operates in many areas and also offers leasing and used cars. Although business at the airports has mostly come to a standstill, SIXT is rightly considered flexible enough to be able to meet new requirements. The Company drastically reduced its vehicle fleet after the outbreak of the pandemic. SIXT will continue to invest in digital business models in the future, such as a monthly car subscription. This approach means that the share is now doing comparatively well again after a slump in March. The Company is not a crisis winner, but it does have a future.

General Electric, SolGold, Nikola - Take a close look!

  • Investments

New times have dawned. In the USA, after the current stock market correction, people are celebrating a small upswing as if it were the latest landing on the moon. Yes, there were useful GDP data, after 6 months of negative figures October joined the ranks with a growth of +33.1% - but the levelled annual level is still a good 27% below the previous year. The next lockdown is imminent, which will inevitably come after the election given the new infection figures of 92,000 a day. The now noticeable recovery reflects the hard reset of the economy after the sharp declines since March. The stock market is betting that the economy will regain size in a few quarters. However, one should bear in mind the dowry: Exploding unemployment and the unprecedented national debt has been rampant for 12 years and is now being legitimized by the fight against the pandemic!

Daimler, Nikola, dynaCERT: He who can deliver, makes the business!

  • Hydrogen

Hydrogen is the better alternative to batteries - No other topic like hydrogen is causing the waves on the stock market to beat as hard as they have done recently. The supporters of clean air, CO2 reduction, and ongoing greenhouse gas discussions see battery technology only as a temporary hype, which was started by Tesla in particular. The industry has long known that battery technology will always remain "unclean", because its production and subsequent disposal alone consumes many times more resources than technologies that have long been available, such as water electrolysis, i.e. the decomposition of water into hydrogen and oxygen. If we consider the fuel diesel, with a share in transport of over 90%, a much more efficient and environmentally friendly combustion process can be designed by using these highly reactive elements. The energy efficiency of the electrolysis of water is over 70%. It is therefore essential that companies such as Tesla and Nikola actively strive for these findings given the wide-ranging discussions on sustainability. But Daimler also recently declared that it does not want to simply let the sleepy trend toward e-mobility standstill and will rely on hydrogen as the technology of the future.

Ballard Power, Nikola, Saturn Oil & Gas - Share price potential with good ideas

  • Investments

Last Friday, rumors led to an 185% rise in the shares of Canadian exploration company Giga Metals. According to several sources, Tesla plans to purchase nickel and cobalt from this company in British Columbia in the future. The main reason for this is that Giga Metals will be able to operate the mine with hydroelectric power. In addition, environmental regulations in Canada are among the strictest in the world. Against this background, Tesla is able to improve its own CO2 footprint. A sensible and overdue step that hopefully will be imitated.

ITM Power, Nikola, Royal Helium - why investors are buying in now

  • Helium

Hydrogen is an interesting energy storage medium for modern ground mobility. The decisive factor for environmental protection, however, is the way in which the energy source is obtained. Green hydrogen is produced from renewable energy sources, i.e. electricity is used for its production, which is generated by wind turbines, solar panels or hydroelectric power. Helium is becoming increasingly important for mobility in space, because the inert gas cannot be produced artificially, but is needed to control rockets. This is a multi-billion-dollar business in which the money for innovations is very loose, especially when there is no substitute.

NEL, Nikola, Tesla - is Germany facing a new billion euro scandal?

  • Electromobility

The Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW) is a renowned organization focusing on research, economic policy advice and analysis. It sees itself as the research institute for globalisation issues in Germany. The institute cooperates worldwide with universities, research institutions and think tanks. In short: the independent organisation is credible and its statement carries weight. One of the latest studies on the subject of e-cars has now brought clarity to light, as we have already reported, which cannot be in the interest of German politics and how the exposure of a scandal appears. Outsiders are asking the question; how can it be that tax money and subsidies are flowing to increase greenhouse gas emissions by 73%? One thing at a time.
