Steinhoff, Triumph Gold, TUI - Which stock will jump first?

  • Gold

Inflation is in full swing, and it isn't easy to protect yourself and your money from it. Real estate in Germany is often far too expensive, and as a small investor, such an investment is out of the question. Gold has always been used to protect against inflation, but even there, you can only buy anonymously for less than EUR 2,000. Otherwise, the identity must be deposited. Government bonds no longer yield interest, so the only option left is stocks. As an investor, one is always on the lookout for securities that have upside potential. That is where shares with an interesting story or turnaround candidates come in. We analyze three companies today.

LVMH, Diamcor Mining, TUI, Carnival - Another lockdown or profit explosion?

  • Diamonds

The poor are getting poorer, and the rich are getting richer. Demographic studies suggest that in Europe, especially Germany, large sections of the population will be affected by poverty in old age. The reason: falling income in real terms due to high inflation, especially for everyday goods. The official inflation rate of the central banks is window dressing because the hedonically calculated indices include, for example, increases in the performance of mobile devices and thus compensate for the exploding prices of energy and food. Luxury is a particular area of consumption that tends to be attributed to the privileged tiers of the population. Here, the increase in prosperity is supported by inflation on the income side and enables the suppliers of luxury goods to achieve sustained high growth rates.

TUI, Diamcor Mining, Varta: Luxury that pays off

  • Diamonds

A luxurious trip? A sporty electric coupé or perhaps timelessly beautiful jewelry? There are many ways to indulge in luxury. Some are enduring, and some are rather clumsy consumption. But even when it comes to luxury, there is no arguing about matters of taste. However, it is easier to argue when it comes to investments in companies that benefit to a greater or lesser extent from the penchant for luxury. We discuss three shares.

TeamViewer, Desert Gold, TUI - Full speed ahead to the turnaround?

  • Gold

Sometimes things do not work out as expected on the stock market. At the beginning of October, the DAX started a sell-off, the 200-day line was even clearly undercut twice at 14,850 points, and many crash prophets became quite loud again. However, as is so often the case, they were not right because the market left the October settlement on Friday with 15,594 points. Who would have thought it - a complete 700 point reversal, the proclaimed crash was again canceled without a sound. Despite this, however, individual stocks are struggling with lows right now. We take a look at some turnaround opportunities.

Newmont Corp, Triumph Gold, Lufthansa, TUI - Dramatic turnaround in the course!

  • Gold

Gold and silver are turning in significantly, Lufthansa and TUI have gone through with their large capital increases - what is next here? Even if the major indices experienced a strong correction in October yesterday, there was a dramatic turnaround in several respects. Volatility as a fluctuation indicator even came back so strongly in the last few days that it fell below the threshold of 20 again. This indicator shows that the need for hedging is probably dwindling, i.e. the interest of the investment community tends to be directed upwards again. But inflation can still put a spoke in the party's wheel - but that would again be a buying argument for the precious metals! We direct our view on some turnaround candidates.

Nordex, Desert Gold, TUI - The wind is changing

  • Gold

The DAX is back on top after a brief but painful correction and the slide below the psychologically important 15,000 mark. Was that it, and is the German stock market barometer preparing for a year-end rally and a renewed jump above the 16,000 mark, or will further price losses follow? A long consolidation phase could also be over for certain individual stocks, just like in the precious metals markets.

Central African Gold, TUI, Lufthansa - Attention, these were the lows!

  • Gold

The upward movement at the stock exchanges is very advanced because, in the last years, the higher valuation of the shares (and real estate) was funded by cheap money from the central banks. Now, however, inflation shows up in the statistics, for Europe officially a plus of 3,8%. This inflation rate, by its measuring method, corresponds little to reality. It is generally known, the actual price markup in the relevant goods might already lie beyond the 5% mark. One thinks here only of the exploding gasoline prices, the bread roll at the baker or the restaurant attendance after the reopening. Precious metals could be a tried and tested means of achieving real purchasing power protection. Let us do the math.

Diamcor Mining, TUI, Xiaomi - Consumer stocks are among the winners!

  • Diamonds

To consume or to save? Everyone is faced with this fundamental decision. The individual rate depends on the level of income and the prospects regarding the labor market and economic growth. In the course of the Corona pandemic, private consumption declined significantly. With economic recovery and the removal of lock-downs, personal consumption is picking up again considerably. The companies mentioned above are benefiting from this.

Bayer, Saturn Oil + Gas, TUI - Which share will be the first to take off?

  • Oil

We have often heard that the profit is in the purchase; however, it is difficult to predict the low of a share and then enter at that low. Often it is better to wait for a reversal using charting techniques, which increases the probability of finding a profitable trade. Those who buy falling knives have certainly suffered losses more often. But there are always stocks that are not "in" with investors, so it takes longer to get the share price going. Especially companies that have had problems in the past must first regain the trust of their shareholders. Today we analyze the prospects of three companies that have had problems in the past and want to take off.

Desert Gold, MorphoSys, TUI - Are there game-changers in these stocks?

  • Gold

When the stock market has already made a decent run, many investors search for laggards or game-changers. In the case of the so-called laggards, 90% of the reasons why the stock is not performing are fundamental, usually due to complicated or low-margin business models or simply a wrong management approach. The temptation is great to buy charts at the bottom right of the screen according to the motto: "Now the downward trend is over!". This view is unfortunately 90% wrong because the stock market is trend and momentum-driven. So what remains is to try to find so-called "game-changer" stocks. Here, the entire situation changes fundamentally due to an event, and the trend often turns with an initial price jump.
