Price-moving news at Nel ASA, Power Nickel and Varta
The first-quarter earnings season is currently at its peak. In addition to RWE, which doubled its quarterly profit, Deutsche Bank also reported further growth in profit. Surprisingly strong results were also reported from the second tier. As a result, there are interesting opportunities to enter the market, especially for stocks still lagging behind.

Caution at Nel ASA and drumbeat at Volkswagen: Can Canadian North Resources profit?
Things are getting exciting for shareholders of Nel ASA. The hydrogen pioneer will publish its figures for the first quarter tomorrow. A current buy recommendation does not help the share price. At least the expectations for the figures are anything but high at the moment. Is there anything positive to report on the order book? Plug Power recently placed an order with a competitor. In the battery sector, Volkswagen has caused a sensation. The Wolfsburg-based company has announced its intention to build its largest battery factory to date in Canada. The Canadian government is subsidizing the project and expects thousands of new jobs at VW and its suppliers. The latter could include Canadian North Resources. The Company is currently developing a vast area and has already found copper, nickel, cobalt, platinum, and palladium there. Another drilling programme has just been launched. It is hoped that lithium will also be found.

E-car surprise in China: Mercedes-Benz, BYD, Grid Metals
E-cars? Yes, please! At least, that is the case for Mercedes CEO Ola Källenius. He sees his company clearly focused on the electric drive - regardless of technology openness. This seems to be paying off at Mercedes: In the first quarter, the Swabians sold almost twice as many e-cars as in the previous year. But how far can this growth go? What do the absolute figures say? We make the comparison and outline investment opportunities.

Inflation picks up again! Here is what the figures mean for Mercedes-Benz, Power Nickel and Varta
Inflation rates in the US remain high. Consumer prices rose more than expected in January. For investors, this has several meanings: On the one hand, the spectre of recession is likely to have been dispelled; on the other hand, the US Federal Reserve could continue to turn the interest rate screw. What does this mean for innovative companies involved in the mega-trend of electrification? We provide the answers!

BYD, Power Nickel and Infineon - News drives share prices
The events are overlapping. In addition to the daily geopolitical news, the central banks are in the spotlight these days. Despite a further interest rate step, the FED sent positive signals to the capital market because the end of the strict monetary policy is approaching. In addition, the reporting season started, which could offer several surprises already at the start. After the price corrections, many companies have opportunities for a sustainable rebound.

Take cover - Tesla reports figures today! BYD, NIO, Power Nickel, BASF: Here we go with e-mobility!
The tension is rising. How will the annual figures of the industry leader in e-mobility, Tesla, really turn out now? By the end of 2022, there was a 70% slump in the share, and Elon Musk, the founder, had USD 100 billion less in the account within 8 weeks. He himself was to blame because in order to finance the Twitter takeover, he had to part with Tesla shares. For the year 2023, we are now interested in the expectations that will be placed on e-mobility. The fact is that many countries, including Germany, are now gradually withdrawing subsidies. So the new mobility must now learn to walk by itself. Where are the opportunities for investors?

Apple, Power Nickel, Volkswagen - New flights of fancy due to lithium resources
Apple shines with its new Mac Mini. Gone are the days of Intel processors. With their in-house M2 chips, a new consumer group of young creatives such as influencers, podcasters and other media professionals have an entry-level model at a fair price. No wonder the demand for metals like lithium is multiplying. The Canadian company Power Nickel can make excellent use of this boom. In its current drilling program, the results indicate high nickel deposits. This raw material is also of particular interest to Volkswagen. The group wants to invest in Canadian mines and is building six battery plants to produce and equip its EVs.

E-mobility - is it all over? BYD, Power Nickel, Varta
"E-cars will disappear just as quickly as they came." Boom! This statement by Georg Brasseur, emeritus professor of Institute of Electrical Measurement and Sensor Systems at Graz University of Technology, is currently making waves. But what drives the retired scientist to make this statement? And what are the consequences for the battery industry and investors? We shed some light on the matter - and even point out opportunities.

Power Nickel, American Lithium, Cameco - Last chance before new wave?
The climate targets have been set, and the energy turnaround must be achieved. After the escalation of the conflict in Eastern Europe, the future must become green even faster to escape dependence on Russian oil and gas. Decarbonization is to succeed alongside the electrification of transport and the significant expansion of renewable energies. To date, it has yet to be precisely analyzed where the required industrial metals and raw materials are to come from. A shortage and, thus, sharply rising prices are pre-programmed. Producers of critical goods, especially from the West, are the clear beneficiaries.

100% is possible: BYD, Varta, Power Nickel, BASF: E-mobility stocks for 2023!
With advanced stock market corrections, rising inflation and disrupted supply chains, many market participants wonder if 100% is possible in 2023. It is! Because there are currently many challenges to solving the climate and energy crisis. More than ever, revolutionary ideas with vision are in demand.
