Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, wallstreet:online, TeamViewer: Exploding interest rates - look at brokers and financial stocks now!
The ten-year mortgage interest rate perfectly replicates current inflation. Unfortunately, it must be said, home builders must have missed out if they were unable to secure the historic low interest rate from 2021. Throughout last year, the conditions fluctuated between 0.60 and 0.95%. Currently, there is even a 2 before the decimal point. With a credit sum of EUR 500,000 per year, interest is easily EUR 5,000 on top, calculated on the entire running time, the real estate investment increases in price by more than EUR 50,000. And that at prices, which had doubled alone in the last 7 years in the metropolises. Those who now have money on the high side consume it or try their luck on the stock market. Banks and brokers are now back in vogue!

Stocks that change the world: TeamViewer, Perimeter Medical, Nordex
When new technology meets the right opportunity, things can go up quickly for companies. One example is the German company TeamViewer, which already had an established remote desktop solution that many users had heard of when the pandemic broke out. When we moved to the home office overnight but had to use software from the office, it made sense to install TeamViewer. Innovative solutions are also meeting with great demand in other industries. We analyze what this means for investors.

RWE, Kleos Space, TeamViewer - Powerful rebound
The Ukraine conflict still dominates the markets around the globe. However, most indices have been playing a de-escalation scenario in recent days. The DAX has already made up more than 2,000 points since its low. In contrast, precious metals such as gold and silver are losing massively, and the oil markets are reducing the exaggeration, at least in the short term. In terms of individual stocks, it is mainly the hard-hit banks and financial services companies performing well. In contrast, there are still attractive opportunities in various technology stocks.

Analysts on TeamViewer, Allianz, Altech: Game-changer potential
The Ukraine crisis is currently shaking up the capital markets. But such a time also offers the opportunity to analyze one's portfolio and make changes where necessary. The assessments of analysts can help here. With TeamViewer, Allianz and Altech Advanced Materials, we present opinions on companies of different sizes and sectors. The figures and outlook of insurance giant Allianz have convinced analysts. TeamViewer's stock has recovered from its lows in recent weeks, but analysts are still predominantly cautious. When people think of German battery technology, they usually think of Varta. But there is also an exciting microcap. Game-changer potential is seen in Altech.

TeamViewer, Aspermont, Delivery Hero - Digital turnaround candidates in check
The prospect of an end to the Corona pandemic and raising interest rates was poison for many companies pursuing a digital business model. Many stocks were fundamentally priced expensively and offered the potential for setbacks for that reason alone. In addition, growth is expected to slow once people start going out more after the pandemic. This outlook is not at all palatable to investors. With the recent Ukraine crisis, pressure is building up once again, and it could be a good time to get one or the other turnaround candidate into the portfolio. Today we take a closer look at three companies.

Palantir Technologies, Kleos Space, TeamViewer - The next data hype is coming!
In a political conflict like the current one between Russia-Ukraine and the rest of the world, the availability of accurate movement data would be a real asset. However, military data is guarded by governments like a holy grail - especially troop movement data is a hot commodity. In terms of consumer tracking and communications, data is already the most important element of the digitized world. What matters is when what content is seen on which channels and who is sitting in front of the end device. Here is a selection of data specialists with distinctive entry points.

TeamViewer, Kodiak Copper, XPeng - Opportunities after the setback
It is numbers season again. The Goeppingen-based company TeamViewer achieved its forecasts, which had been revised downwards twice. Whether the remote maintenance business is sustainable after the pandemic has subsided remains to be seen. By contrast, demand for raw materials for the energy transition is almost sure to be sustainable. In particular, the eminently essential copper is likely to be subject to a further increase in demand for years to come.

TeamViewer, Kleos Space, Palantir - New opportunity after correction
Around fifty new Starlink satellites were launched into space last week, still so bright they will pass over the evening sky as an eye-catching string of light for days. In addition to serial founder Elon Musk's company, other hopefuls are making use of satellite technology. Their ambition is to ensure security on Earth.
