Varta, Phoenix Copper, JinkoSolar, Nordex: Numbers upon numbers, where is the explosive?

  • Copper
  • Electromobility

The copper price reached its preliminary high on March 7, 2022, at around USD 10,730. Since then, we have seen a standard consolidation of 3-4%, which is not an unusual occurrence in the present uptrend. Thus, the coveted metal has exploded by over 100% since the beginning of 2020. Large mining groups and copper mines have often been able to post a multiple of this performance for themselves in the same period. For many market participants, the medium-term upward scenario for the industrial metal remains set. Since the political closing of ranks on e-mobility, demand for copper and battery metals has shot through the roof. Mine operators and governments worldwide are alarmed because the current recoverable capacities cover just 85% of the current year's demand. Who can close the gap?

Nordex, Altech Advanced Materials, Varta - Winners of the energy turnaround!

  • Electromobility

Renewable energy generation and energy storage are taking on an increasingly important role. The challenges for the infrastructure with decentralized energy sources are also increasing. Given the explosively rising lithium prices, which are essential for the production of batteries, innovations are gaining importance. Some solutions have the potential to powerfully shake up the industry. Long-term investors can profit from the megatrends in various ways.

Meta Materials, Varta, Samsung SDI - This is the future!

  • metamaterials
  • Technology

Despite all international upheavals, the energy and climate turnaround remains one of the dominant issues of our time. For the moment, the race between hydrogen-based and battery-electric propulsion seems to have been decided. Tesla, Polestar, Lucid - at least in private transport, battery technology has currently prevailed. The crux of the matter remains the range, which is determined by the capacity of the electricity storage units. But energy generation also remains exciting in the course of the energy transition. So-called metamaterials, which redirect light and heat, can decisively improve our power generation.

The battery sensation: Varta, BYD, NIO, Power Nickel: Shares down, oil price above USD 150?

  • Electromobility
  • Battery
  • Nickel

Since the invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine, the changes in the world are now clearly noticeable. Above all, it is tragic that thousands of people have died, and millions are once again forced to flee their homes. There is despair and compassion all over the globe because most nations have been blessed with peace for decades. The standard of living has also increased significantly in 95% of regions. Now, time seems to be running backward again: raw materials, food and everyday necessities are becoming dramatically more expensive, leading to substantial inflationary spurts sector by sector and pushing the level of prosperity back again. But it also shows: We humans must become more independent of fossil energy and advance alternative technologies. We show you shares that are in line with this trend.

Rheinmetall, Altech Advanced Materials, Varta, Standard Lithium - Who can deliver?

  • Technology
  • Electromobility

Oil, gas, steel, and wheat - these are the goods that are becoming extremely scarce due to the Ukraine crisis. Scarce in the sense of expensive. Because, in the case of oil, OPEC does not yet want to adjust its production quotas. After all, they are currently earning splendidly with prices of up to USD 135 for Brent. Russia and Ukraine are important producers of steel and wheat, in addition to their 11% market share in oil and gas production. Steel is likely to be real short supply, as the start-up of several idle blast furnaces will take the West some time. And as for wheat, the futures market tells us it is up 46% this year. So it is clear the commodity rally and supply chain theme continues. Which companies should we be paying attention to?

Varta, Almonty Industries, NEL: New battery metal and hydrogen hope

  • Tungsten

Hydrogen is dead; are batteries the future? Not at all! If you talk to industry representatives, it quickly becomes apparent that energy sources for mobility are undergoing rapid change. Batteries that were the ultimate yesterday may be hazardous waste tomorrow. The reason: new material mixtures make batteries in electric cars more durable and better. Investors who back the wrong horse are quickly left out in the cold. Current developments in hydrogen show that even the lamest horse has a chance in the long term. We take a closer look at three shares for you.

Varta, Standard Lithium, Edison Lithium - The demand for lithium is going through the roof!

  • Lithium

E-mobility is permanently changing today's automotive industry. More and more electrified passenger cars are finding their way onto our roads, and the growth prospects for this booming industry are expected to improve even further in the coming years in light of increasing climate concerns. The Boston Consulting Group estimates that electric cars will account for 47% of global markets by 2025, up from 12% in 2020 - that is a very bold forecast! But it does show a way forward. Thanks to the accelerated acceptance of environmentally friendly vehicles among consumers, one metal, in particular, is moving into the spotlight: lithium. And it is here that investors should pay attention.

Nel ASA, Power Nickel, Varta - Positioning for the price explosion

  • Electromobility

In the last two years of the pandemic, both private households and commercial enterprises felt the impact of blown supply chains, from chip shortages to lack of lumber, to packaging materials. Extreme consumption is also taking place due to the ambitious achievement of climate targets. Electromobility is gobbling up enormous resources of key raw materials such as copper, lithium and nickel. Due to the significantly increasing demand for batteries, the demand for nickel is expected to continue to rise strongly in the coming years.

Almonty Industries, Mercedes-Benz Group, Varta - Highs and lows, what to do?

  • Tungsten

Without raw materials, life in many sectors of the economy comes to a standstill. The economically most important raw materials with a high supply risk are referred to as critical raw materials. The European Commission counts 30 elements in this group, including tungsten and lithium. Demand rising sharply above supply has caused prices to increase significantly for some time. Raw material producers are on the winning side. Buyers have to do their homework.

1000% possible: Varta, Standard Lithium, Power Nickel: The super battery is coming!

  • Electromobility

In view of advanced stock market valuations, rising inflation and disrupted supply chains, many market participants wonder whether the 1000% is possible in 2022. It is! Because right now, there are many young companies with revolutionary approaches to solving the climate crisis. Innovation and fortune are needed here to launch the ultimate solution to our future problems at the right time. Battery technology remains a good starting point because the issues of range, service life, and recycling have not yet been satisfactorily resolved. Maybe the tenbagger is among the following 3 companies?
