  • Technology
  • AI
  • Electromobility

People want mobility. We cannot convey a future full of renunciation. Instead, sustainable innovations must be made attractive. What sounds like squaring the circle from today's perspective can become a well-rounded affair in the long term - if ideas meet technology. We present three stocks related to the future of mobility and explain where investors can also see the potential.

Standard Lithium, Power Nickel, Varta - Shares for the e-mobility of the future

  • Electromobility
  • Lithium
  • Nickel

Decarbonization is a done deal among the major industrialized nations. Fossil fuels are to be used less and less, thus reducing emissions. The climate targets can only be achieved through a show of strength. The revolution began in early 2021 when the major car companies said goodbye to internal combustion engines. The future belongs to electric vehicles, which rely on batteries or rechargeable batteries. Since then, the prices for lithium, nickel and the like have skyrocketed. Smaller companies that want to take advantage of the imbalance in supply and demand also benefit from this. Today, we take a look at three companies that could be important for the mobility of the future.

BioNTech share price about to double? Varta and Meta Materials with newsflow, or not

  • Biotechnology
  • Technology

Those who are currently betting on rising prices on the stock market need strong nerves. But some companies are worth a closer look. Among others, this applies to BioNTech. The Company is facing important deadlines, continues to earn billions with its Corona vaccine and has an attractive product pipeline. The analysts at Berenberg, for example, see doubling potential after the stock has bottomed out. Meta Materials has also formed a bottom formation, and at the same time, there was positive newsflow from the developer of revolutionary products. Varta shareholders have been hoping for this for some time, but in vain. The share is battered, and even the current financial injection cannot change that.

Nordex, Triumph Gold, Varta - Which shares are coming through the current crisis well?

  • Gold
  • Electromobility

The current market environment is anything but easy. Inflation is galloping, and while the US is gradually raising interest rates, the EU is exercising restraint and hoping that inflation will fall on its own. However, this scenario is more than questionable, especially since the exit from Russian energy imports is additionally fueling inflation. In addition, there is the Ukraine crisis. The conflict has blocked the land route from China to Europe, leading to supply chain problems. The only options left are by air, which is not economical in most cases, or by sea. Due to China's Zero-Covid policy, further major delays for shipping are currently occurring at their ports. Today, we look at three companies and analyze who should do well through the crisis.

Varta, Nordex, Nevada Copper, JinkoSolar: supply chain broken, copper is the new gold!

  • GreenTech
  • Solar
  • Wind
  • Copper
  • E-Mobility

Global copper inventories and production rates are currently below the level of recent years. This is due to the limited availability of new projects, which can only be put into production slowly and will still consume some investment. In copper recycling, the industry is making progress, but the necessary rates of increase to supply new markets remain too low. Then there are the troubled supply chains, which make it difficult to move larger volumes of raw material at the moment. In the first four months of 2022, copper inventories on commodity futures exchanges were below 2021 levels, and LME inventories in London are likely to fall further because of the demand-pull. The physical copper shortage is not hysteria - it is now a reality on the exchange with spot prices above USD 10,000. Where are the opportunities for investors willing to take risks?

Turn of the times: Varta, Altech Advanced Materials, BYD, NIO - Batteries over oil and gas!

  • Electromobility
  • Technology

The Ukraine crisis reveals a dangerous dependency. Central Europe is on Russia's energy drip. It is not easy to threaten Russia with sanctions when the oil and gas giant is also the leading supplier. For the primary supply of our population, any change in German-Russian relations is dramatic as long as we do not manage to build up alternatives. Of course, this cannot be done in just a few months but involves an investment cycle of the next 5 to 10 years. It will therefore be critical for the coming winter. The automotive industry has long recognized what threatens heating and district heating today. Move away from fossil fuels - towards batteries! Only who can build them?

BASF, Meta Materials, Varta - A huge new market is emerging here!

  • Technology
  • metamaterials

Science fiction or soon a reality? Metamaterials are artificial materials with specific optical, magnetic or electrical properties that do not exist in nature. These tiny innovative materials can be used in a wide variety of ways. A well-known example is stealth technology. Metamaterials can change the refractive index of light and thus guide the light around an object. The industry is still some way from mass production, but experts estimate that will soon change. As early as 2030, the market is expected to be worth USD 11 billion, with a strong upward trend.

Varta, BYD, Nevada Copper: Shares under power

  • Copper
  • Electromobility

With the "Easter Package", Economics and Climate Protection Minister Robert Habeck wants to accelerate the expansion of renewable energies once again. The central goal is to double the share of electricity from renewable sources to 80% by 2030. In order to achieve this, approval procedures for new projects are to be shortened, among other things. In addition, new areas are to be made available for wind and photovoltaics, and remuneration is to be increased. Electromobility should also benefit because the environment is only really protected if the electricity comes from renewable sources. Companies across the entire value chain should benefit. The Chinese car manufacturer BYD is currently shining with several positive reports. Raw materials producer Nevada Copper also impressed with its quarterly update and is on the verge of a revaluation. At battery pioneer Varta, analysts are having their say after the figures.

Varta, Standard Lithium, Edison Lithium: Shares profit from e-mobility

  • Lithium
  • Electromobility

Tesla has reported a new delivery record. This confirms the high demand for e-cars, and demand is necessary because the energy turnaround will hardly work without a consistent shift to e-mobility. In Germany, this development is compounded by the reduction in oil supplies from Russia. The demand for batteries and their components - above all lithium - is correspondingly high. The price per ton of lithium carbonate knows only one way: up. Today, more than EUR 70,000 per ton is being paid for the "white gold". Investors can profit from this: One of the favorites in this area is Standard Lithium. After a breather, the share is stepping on the gas again. The still largely undiscovered Edison Lithium share also has potential. Battery specialist Varta is having a more challenging time. The figures were okay. The outlook did not convince analysts, but there is hope.

Millions with innovations: BioNTech, Meta Materials, Varta

  • Technology
  • Biotechnology

When the long-forgotten solar company SolarWorld went public in 1999, n-tv ran commercials that, from today's perspective, looked rather amateurish. At that time, too, only a few private investors were initially convinced by the Company. Years later, SolarWorld was a success story - investors from the very beginning had become rich. Even though the Company filed for insolvency in the meantime and burned a lot of money - SolarWorld investors of the first hour are mostly still wealthy. We explain where innovations can develop blockbuster potential.
