Christmas hype alert: BASF, Meta Materials, Varta, Nordex - Strong start to 2023 with GreenTech!
Fossil energy supply is becoming more and more expensive. The political end of the supplier and raw material giant Russia creates a dangerous undersupply, especially for Central Europe. The current winter, but especially the next one, could pose problems, and the industry will probably have to calculate significantly higher input costs in the medium term. Products are becoming considerably more expensive to produce, so selling prices on the shelves are also increasing. The inflationary spiral will thus continue to spiral upward, and consumers' purchasing power will decline. GreenTech solutions are more in demand than ever for the purchase of low-cost energy. So which stocks to watch out for?

Kodiak Copper, Volkswagen, Nordex - Copper price rises due to positive news from China!
In mid-July, the copper price marked its low for the year. Since then, a slight upward trend has formed, indicating a robust economy. There are as many as three positive signals for copper. First, there is the weakness of the dollar, which is supporting demand for the red gold. Second, China's announcement that it plans to strengthen its economy after easing Corona measures is providing a boost. If China eases its monetary policy, this would strengthen the real estate sector and fuel the hunger for commodities. Third, M&A activity around copper appears to be increasing. Therefore, we look at three companies in the copper space.

Gas is becoming scarce and raw materials increasingly expensive: Uniper, BYD, Defense Metals, and Nordex in focus
Five years ago, Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced the transportation revolution. Last week, it finally happened: Pepsi was the first company to receive the keys to the new Tesla e-truck called the "Tesla Semi." It is said to have a full 500 miles, or 800 km, range and can be charged in less than an hour with the appropriate high-voltage current. Because fossil fuel energy supplies are becoming more and more expensive, electric innovations are now entering all areas of business. But electricity from the socket also needs its sources. For this, in turn, all countries worldwide are making efforts to get GreenTech off the ground, i.e. the climate-neutral generation of electricity. Only then can e-mobility be said to benefit the environment. What is urgently needed for this are inexpensive energy and metal raw materials.

Nordex, Kodiak Copper, Geely - Exploding demand, rising prices
In the coming decades, the electrification of transport is expected to continue to grow strongly, with battery-powered electric cars replacing internal combustion engines. In addition, the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power will be greatly accelerated, both to reduce dependencies and to meet established climate targets. This transformation is expected to explode the demand for critical raw materials for climate change. Copper, in particular, plays a vital role in this.

Debacle for e-mobility? BYD, Varta, Almonty Industries, Nordex - Farewell from the Qatar desert!
The German national soccer team has experienced its next World Cup debacle and attracted even fewer interested people to their TV sets than during the first World Cup elimination 4 years ago. Even during the third-round preliminary match, TV figures remained comparatively low. The DFB women thus retain the viewer record in 2023, which is nice. E-mobility could also suffer a significant setback in 2023 because if electricity prices continue to rise and availability falls, charging stations could have to be taken off the grid. According to the ADAC, Switzerland is planning a speed limit of 100 and driving bans on non-essential private trips with e-mobiles to prevent the risk of blackouts. The decision will be made in the National Council on December 12. But the stock market is still betting on Tesla & Co - who are the profiteers?

Is this patent causing a rare earths quake? Nordex, Defense Metals, BYD
Wind power is a crucial component of the energy transition. Rare earths are used to increase the efficiency of wind turbines and electric motors. Dysprosium and terbium, in particular, are in demand. But although rare earths are anything but rare, they are only found in a few regions worldwide. Scientists at Darmstadt Technical University have now developed processes to use rare earths more efficiently. We explain the technology and shed light on three stocks related to rare earths.

TubeSolar, Nordex, Siemens Energy - Energy drivers for the portfolio
German Engineering is a seal of quality, also abroad. What sometimes takes a little longer in development pays off in the long run. Solar system manufacturer TubeSolar from Augsburg can be pleased about a TÜV certification for its patented products. In Germany, the share of photovoltaics in the power grid rose by 11.2%, and worldwide the CAGR of PV installations increased by 32%. JinkoSolar, a leading Chinese manufacturer of solar modules, has also played a significant role in this growth. However, China shares entail risks. Siemens Energy is not without risk at the moment either. The management heads are changing in the internal takeover game of the Spanish wind energy company Gamesa.

BYD, Globex Mining, Nordex - When does it really start?
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. With tighter targets for climate neutrality and billions in subsidies, politicians are stepping on the gas. Renewable energies are the only way to achieve a CO2-neutral world. Despite the long-term rosy prospects, companies in the peace energy sector have corrected sharply in recent months, with even market leaders posting losses of over 50% on the stock market. This represents a new opportunity to participate in the energy transition over the long term.

GreenTech takes off again: BASF, Meta Materials, Nordex, JinkoSolar - Is there a quick comeback?
For the rapid expansion of "renewable energies", the traffic light coalition has presented a 500-page package of measures this year. With its help, the share of alternative power generation is to be increased as quickly as possible from the current level of around 50% to about 80%. According to reports from Berlin, the necessary approval loops with authorities will be drastically shortened. However, a prerequisite for this would be the population's approval for any encroachments on property in terms of distance regulations, noise and residential quality. It is here where things are currently hitting a snag because the government's bill includes extensive encroachments on nature and major sacrifices by residents in order to serve the common good. But with no one pushing forward on this issue, skepticism about quick success is warranted. Who are the big beneficiaries of climate technology progress?

Shares of Nordex, BYD, and Almonty Industries: Winners of the energy transition
The energy turnaround is becoming unbearable. But it will take time for the world to switch to renewable energies in private and public life. Today, we take a look at three winning stocks. Among them is BYD. The Chinese carmaker has switched to hybrid and all-electric vehicles and is on track to take Tesla's place as the leading electric carmaker. The first three models for Germany have now been confirmed. At Nordex, sentiment is improving. The share price has jumped, and a large order gives hope. However, wind turbines and batteries cannot be manufactured without raw materials such as tungsten. Now a German research house has taken a closer look at Almonty Industries. The share is on the verge of a revaluation and has a price potential of 100%.
