Gazprom, Saturn Oil + Gas, Shell - Profit from rising energy costs

  • Oil

Over the past year, energy costs have skyrocketed and, apart from electricity, there seems to be no end in sight. The traffic light government wants to abolish the EEG levy as early as this summer, thus ensuring that the price of electricity will fall. For oil and gas, things look less favorable. Since the EU has classified gas as climate-friendly, demand will continue to rise. 630 gas suppliers raised their prices by an average of 53% at the beginning of the year. The oil price also continues to climb, although OPEC recently said that it does not want a price of USD 100. However, it is unlikely to be resisted. We look at three oil and gas companies today.

Lufthansa, TUI, Diamcor Mining, Aston Martin - Grab strong gains now!

  • Diamonds

Germany is home to more than 2 million people with assets of more than EUR 1 million - in 2010, this figure was still a good 600,000. The threshold for belonging to the top one per mille is rising steadily. Currently, liquid assets of around EUR 5.5 million are needed to belong to the wealthiest 1 per mille of Germans. Nevertheless, luxury is not only found among the rich because the desire for extravagance is a widespread character trait and less a question of money. We look at companies that rely on liquid clientele.

BioNTech, Defence Therapeutics, Mainz Biomed - After Corona, cancer is the next hype

  • Biotechnology

The euphoria surrounding vaccine manufacturers has come to an end. The majority of investors believe that the end of the pandemic is near with Omicron. More and more states are abandoning restrictions and slowly returning to normalcy. If that happens, one of the biggest hypes of the last decade will come to an end. The pharmaceutical and biotech industries have earned very well from it. After the hype is before the hype. The next big story is cancer, and there are more and more cancer cases, so fighting the disease is a lucrative business. A lot is happening in this area, so we are looking at three companies today.

Defense Metals, BYD, Daimler - New development phase reached!

  • RareEarths

With the amendment of the Climate Protection Act, the German government has tightened climate protection targets and is aiming for greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045. Emissions are to be reduced by 65% compared to 1990 as early as the beginning of the next decade. One key to putting this into practice is the electrification of transport. Around 14% of newly registered vehicles had an all-electric drive in 2021. That means the proportion of e-cars on German roads almost doubled compared with the previous year. As a result, demand for the required raw materials is rising ever more markedly. Surpluses in demand can already be seen.

When we think of medical technology, we often think of the big players like Siemens Healthineers or the Fresenius Group. But the MedTech sector is characterized mainly by small and medium-sized companies. This is shown by a survey conducted by the German Medical Technology Association (BVMed). The experts have seen rising sales for years in this very diverse sector. Reason enough to shed light on a promising market from an investor's perspective. We present three companies and their shares.

Steinhoff, Hong Lai Huat, JinkoSolar - Is the lid flying off?

  • RealEstate

Will international furniture group Steinhoff get back on its feet after the accounting scandal of 2017? The settlement with creditors has been confirmed, and now it is all about reducing the horrendous mountain of debt. The situation in the German real estate market is quite different. Here, the German Federal Bank is already warning of overheating following the sharp rise in prices in recent years. There is more potential on other continents of the world, especially in Southeast Asia.

Bitcoin Group, CoinSmart, TeamViewer - Watch out: Crashing cryptos, exploding NFTs!

The overall market is developing rapidly and with volatility, and although the asset class is entirely confusing, the following is growing. Some platforms have made it their goal to take investors by the hand in this topic and handle part of the trading volume themselves. We take a look at well-known players.
