Hydrogen 3.0 - Is it turning now? Nel ASA, Cavendish, dynaCERT, SMA, and Plug Power in focus!
Summer slump? Not at all! Artificial intelligence, high-tech, and armaments remain in upward mode; even a sharp correction at Airbus is not shaking the markets. There are currently increasing rumours that China and Japan could have problems with their financial systems. In China it is the collapsing real estate market, in Japan it is trillions of YEN invested in foreign bond markets and refinanced with negative interest rates. However, the era of zero interest rates is over, and persistent inflation is not subsiding as expected. This pushes the risk parameters through the roof and requires banks to have higher capital backing. Exciting times! In the hydrogen sector, all eyes are on the newcomer Cavendish. Will this be a jolt for the struggling sector?

SMA Solar shocks! Nel with partnerships! Kraken Energy shares could benefit from billionaire Bill Gates!
While Siemens Energy shares are marching towards a yearly high, driven by a new billion-dollar order from Saudi Arabia, many other energy shares - especially those in the carbon-neutral sector - have been struggling all year. Is now the time to take an anti-cyclical approach to stocks that are at rock bottom? SMA Solar has hit a new 52-week low following its profit warning. What do the analysts say? Nel ASA has not yet succeeded in breaking free with the spin-off of its subsidiary Cavendish Hydrogen. The Norwegians are relying on strong partners with a focused business model. Kraken Energy currently offers an exciting entry opportunity. Billionaire Bill Gates is making headlines with the construction of a new nuclear power plant in the US. Uranium specialist Kraken Energy could also benefit from this.

Shaping the future of energy: Plug Power, Saturn Oil + Gas, and SMA Solar in focus
The European Commission has launched a hydrogen bank to reduce harmful emissions in Europe. Financial incentives are being used to finance hydrogen projects worth hundreds of millions. Plug Power can score points with its knowledge advantage and secured a 25-megawatt deal for its electrolyser systems with a company in the EU. However, fossil fuels remain an essential part of the global economic infrastructure. Saturn Oil & Gas is pleased to announce the completion of a fresh acquisition in southern Saskatchewan, Canada. Investors, in turn, are pleased with the Company's liquidity and further debt reduction. Investors in SMA Solar AG are less pleased. Following a profit warning, the share price plummeted, and analysts are disgruntled. Does this mark the end for the German solar industry? Chinese companies are still gaining ground. Where is it worth investing?

Desert Gold, Fresenius, SMA Solar: Emerging industry leaders in gold, medicine and renewable energies - investment opportunities in focus
This year's growth sectors are medicine, renewable energies and, due to the numerous geopolitical tensions, gold. The price of the precious metal has already climbed by 18% since January. In addition to its inflation protection function as a portfolio hedge, gold is also used in jewellery manufacturing, the electronics industry, and medicine. An increase in global demand for gold in these sectors can increase the profitability of gold mining companies and offer investors attractive returns. Desert Gold Ventures is an emerging explorer with gold deposits in West Africa. The area has many lucrative features. In the medical sector, Fresenius announces the completion of its restructuring measures by taking a tough and logical step towards more growth. Companies like SMA Solar in Germany, focusing on solar production, must also factor in the consequences. Where are investment opportunities with predictable risk?

Christmas Surprises: Nel, CureVac, SMA Solar, Altech Advanced Materials
Far from a peaceful Christmas season, these stocks had some exciting news just before Christmas Eve: While SMA Solar had to fend off a short attack, CureVac lost the first round in the patent dispute with BioNTech over the COVID-19 vaccine. CureVac claims a share of the billions in profits for itself. Will CureVac now walk away empty-handed? In contrast, Altech Advanced Materials can pop the corks before New Year's Eve. The Company has reached another milestone on the road to revolutionizing battery technology. The feasibility study promises millions in profits. Nel can look forward to special earnings as a fine is significantly lower than expected.

Greentech sector buybacks - The stage is set for a 100% rally! Nordex, Defense Metals, SMA Solar and Siemens Energy
With the new EU Climate Law, Europe has once again raised its long-term target for reducing greenhouse gases by 2050. Instead of a reduction of 80% to 95%, the aim is now net zero emissions, i.e. "climate-neutral". This is to be followed by negative emissions in subsequent years. The idea sounds promising: emission reducers can offset emission sources! However, climate change generally requires the use of modern Greentech technologies that "produce" these savings. Those looking to reduce or replace fossil fuel consumption typically need large apparatus and innovations, such as various alternative energy sources converted into electricity. Europe, in particular, faces the challenge that most of the necessary metals are classified as critical, making it financially unrealistic to roll out innovative projects on a broad scale. Which shares stand out in this environment?

Plug Power with Warning Signals! Should you buy SMA Solar and Altech Advanced Materials shares?
Anyone who had hoped that Plug Power's quarterly figures would herald a recovery in the share price was disappointed. On the contrary, the figures should set alarm bells ringing for shareholders of the hydrogen specialist because the investor favorite is running out of money! Is there still hope? In contrast, SMA Solar and Altech Advanced Materials are performing well. Although the share prices of the solar and battery companies have also fallen, there is positive operational news. Altech has published a strong update on its solid-state battery production plant. SMA is significantly increasing profits, but analysts are not satisfied.

Deutsche Bank, Blackrock Silver, SMA Solar - Which share offers the most potential for the portfolio?
The recent speech by the Chairman of the FED had a significant impact on gold and silver prices. There is speculation that the Federal Reserve may adopt a less restrictive stance in its monetary policy. How is Deutsche Bank reacting? Geopolitical tensions, particularly in the Middle East, are additionally cited as driving factors for the rise in precious metal prices. The gold-to-silver ratio is around 86 to 1, indicating that gold has performed better than silver so far. There is catch-up potential for silver here. What does this mean for Blackrock Silver? The metal is used in the jewellery industry, electronics production, and the solar industry, which is currently growing strongly. We, therefore, take a look at SMA Solar.

Nordex, dynaCERT, SMA Solar - Future Industries on Sale
Companies in the renewable energy sector have been in a sharp correction for months. Whether wind, hydrogen or solar, share price losses of over 50% for market leaders such as Plug Power or Nel Asa have not been an isolated case since the beginning of the year. Nevertheless, the future looks promising in these areas, as sharp price setbacks often represent unique long-term buying opportunities.

Warning against the Green Illusion! SMA Solar, Saturn Oil + Gas, JinkoSolar
About one-fifth of Germany's gross final energy consumption comes from renewable energies - and the trend is rising. Renewables are also on the rise in the US and China. From an investor's point of view, this naturally suggests itself as an investment. Renewable energy is climate-neutral, cost-effective, and politically supported. Despite these apparent advantages, some pitfalls still surround this presumed self-propelling sector. We shed light on why sustainably-minded investors do not need to shy away from fossil energy sources and why certain challenges exist within the Green Illusion.
