Varta, Royal Helium, NEL ASA: After the hype is before the hype
The world is facing a whole series of revolutions. Digitalization is changing business models and the way we work and communicate. New energy sources are revolutionizing mobility. Between April and October, Varta's stock posted an impressive performance and generated a return of more than 150%. Recently, however, the share price has come down a little again. Reason enough to put the Company through its paces a little. Varta manufactures micro-batteries, such as those used in hearing aids or other household appliances. By the end of next year, Varta intends to expand its capacities in this area. The Company is also taking a step forward in terms of quality and plans to increase energy density further, and this is how the Company intends to stand out from the cheap competition.

Air Liquide, Linde, Royal Helium: Air Anchor
According to PWC, sustainability is a crucial issue for the oil and gas industry. Until now, the core of existing sustainability strategies has primarily involved compliance with regulatory requirements in the areas of health, employee well-being and safety. For some years now, renewable energies have been on the upswing, and decarbonization is the order of the day, posing new challenges for the sustainability strategies of oil and gas companies. Current climate policy, pressure from shareholders and the public, and the investment strategies of major financial institutions are forcing companies to invest in the use of "green" energy sources and reduce their emissions. Through improved technologies and processes, ecologically generated electricity is becoming increasingly competitive.
On the one hand, it can be seen as threatening, but also an opportunity for business models in the oil and gas industry. Their well-known representatives will continue to play an essential role in the global energy mix for the foreseeable future. For all companies in the industry, this situation represents a balancing act. They must develop transparent sustainability strategies to safeguard their traditional business areas. Still, at the same time, they must also take advantage of new opportunities and seize those arising from the transition to a climate-neutral economy.

Varta, Royal Helium, Deutsche Telekom - Buy the future!
When it comes to the DAX, the first thing to do is to take a breather. After the brilliant Biden-BioNTech rally, the leading German index started to move south. And today, not only did companies listed on the DAX release encouraging quarterly figures but companies like Merck and Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, in particular, raised its forecast. Also, in the segments below, there were spectacular figures. After the setback in the markets, there are some buying opportunities here.

Sartorius, Intel, Royal Helium: How investors invest in the future
The crisis divides the economy: On the one hand, some industries are forced into change or disappear from the market. On the other hand, there are also winners of the crisis: shares in the healthcare sector profit from the increasing demand for healthcare or laboratory products. Chip manufacturers are happy about full order books and are beneficiaries of the growing digitalization. The megatrend of the past few years has gained additional momentum due to the pandemic.

Gazprom, Linde, Royal Helium - not only balloons rise!
The largest reserves of helium are owned and managed on a long-term basis by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. In 2013, it announced that it would start auctioning off an increasing percentage of the reserve each year. The public auction stopped as early as August 2018 due to the exhaustion of the reserve, and it removed a very significant part of the existing supply from the market. Steady demand and lower production in the USA have led to a tight supply situation worldwide. Helium markets have been quite volatile in recent years, with three years of global shortages in the period 2011-2013, followed by two years of measurable oversupply. It seems to be turning around again, as we have been measuring rising demand for 5 years. Helium has a wide range of applications in medicine, industry, and computer technology.

Ballard Power, Royal Helium, NEL ASA - Through the roof!
Hydrogen shares are the non plus ultra on the world's stock markets at the moment. Through the series, papers double if they are only associated with the noble gas, this topic is hot off the press! The alternative to fossil fuels, which allows emission-free mobility with fuel cells and serves as energy storage. The hundreds of millions in federal funding programs for research with hydrogen is fueling the hype. This current situation may be comparable to the solar boom ten years ago. At the latest, one could say that the wheat is separating from the chaff after the initial hype.

Almonty, BYD, Royal Helium - developments of great importance
We live in a global business environment, though currently we seem detached due to the fight against the Corona Pandemic, business goes on and this too shall pass. Elon Musk is already preparing for the conquest of space with SpaceX and the fierce battle for market share in the automotive sector continues. Raw materials are a key component of the manufacturing industry. Therefore those who can secure access to rare raw materials often gain a decisive competitive advantage. These raw materials can also come in the form of gases and are of crucial importance, especially if they are irreplaceable and cannot be produced artificially.

Daimler, Lufthansa, Royal Helium - the crisis is an opportunity for wealth
As is well known, the future is traded on the stock exchange and for this reason investors are always looking for the right time to start a new investment. It can be political decisions or new technological trends that cause sales and profits to soar. In the case of Covid-19, restrictions imposed by governments around the world brought many industries to a standstill. Gradually the picture around the Corona pandemic is clearing up and normality is slowly returning in many parts of society with a new understanding of hygiene. Since mid-March 2020, the peak of the Corona panic on the world's stock markets, many share prices have more than recovered. But there are also some companies that still have potential or are waiting to be rediscovered.

NEL ASA, PowerCell Sweden, Royal Helium - aviation as a growth market
The British company Hybrid Air Vehicles is based in Bedford, north of London, and is developing Airlander, the largest aircraft in the world. The special feature of this type, however, is that it is a hybrid of airship and aircraft. Helium keeps the airship in the air and engines control the take-off, the direction of flight and of course the landings. Special advantages of Airlander are that the crew can stay in the air for up to five days and no runway is required. The airship can take off and land on all ground level surfaces that provide a minimum size required for the giant. Currently, four diesel engines control the direction of the aircraft, but in the future two combustion engines are to be replaced by electric motors. The company assumes that Airlander needs only 25% of the energy for the same task compared to conventional aircraft.

dynaCERT, NEL ASA, Royal Helium - benefit from the UN climate mission
Helium and hydrogen are now not only driving space travel and modern mobility, the inert gases are also the focus of investors and politicians. While Elon Musk and Richard Branson want to make space tourism possible and NASA is using SpaceX to implement extensive programmes with satellites, the demand for helium will continue to increase. Hydrogen is increasingly being discussed as an alternative to a more polluting battery as an energy storage medium. An innovation that uses hydrogen as a catalyst has now been included in the United Nations' "United 4 Smart Sustainable Cities" program: HydraGEN
