Nel ASA, Nordex, Nevada Copper, Siemens Energy: Energy Crisis 3.0 - Copper is the solution!

  • Copper
  • Hydrogen
  • GreenTech

The copper market is constantly on the move. Along with Shanghai and New York, the London Metal Exchange (LME) is now one of the world's largest metal trading centers. In Europe, the LME is the benchmark for copper prices and metal trading. In contrast to other exchanges, part of the trading is still done by call and floor trading by brokers in an open ring. The LME copper contract is the second-largest exchange-traded contract on the London Metal Exchange. The demand volume for copper has been at a very high level since 2018, currently even at a 25-year high. Last week, prices came under slight pressure as the specter of recession flew through the trading halls. Where are the biggest opportunities at the moment?

Turnaround stocks: BYD, JinkoSolar, MAS Gold, Nordex - Watch out for China & Tesla!

After China's foreign trade initially suffered heavily from the consequences of imposed lockdowns, the country now seems to be recovering. Thus, the current export figures are much higher than expected. However, unstable supply chains and high inflation rates continue to put pressure on international trade. Against the backdrop of a somewhat more stable pandemic situation, however, China's foreign trade grew faster than expected in May. Exports from the second-largest economy rose 16.9% YOY to USD 308.3 billion. Against this backdrop, China stocks are back on the buy list. We take a closer look!

Nel ASA, dynaCERT and RWE - End of the correction?

  • Hydrogen
  • GreenTech

Contrary to the well-known saying "Sell in May and go away", this year's merry month was a good time to enter the market. After marking a new interim low in the German benchmark index at 13,277.50 points in the first week, the DAX ended May with a rich green reversal candle above 14,000 points. Since then, it has continued to build on the positive development by jumping above the 14,500 point mark. Stronger recoveries can also be seen in the individual sectors, which have suffered significant losses in recent months.

TUI, Nevada Copper, Nordex - Winners and losers

  • GreenTech

The Ukraine crisis and the effects of the Corona pandemic are causing companies to adjust their profit forecasts. Interrupted supply chains, difficulties in procurement and staff shortages are causing disruptions in everyday work. Only at the beginning of the supply chain is stability emerging, like at Nevada Copper, a copper miner from Canada with an operation in the USA.

First Hydrogen, Plug Power, BYD - Green energy as a propulsion accelerator

  • Hydrogen
  • GreenTech
  • Electromobility

Nine million people worldwide died from air pollution in 2019. According to the journal The Lancet Planetary Health, that makes dirty air more dangerous than deaths from drug abuse or alcohol consumption. Governments in Europe and China are developing new incentive programs to encourage industry partners to move faster than planned to green energy. First Hydrogen, BYD and Plug Power demonstrate what is happening in the market through their current projects.

Energy shares: Plug Power, Saturn Oil + Gas, Nordex, Siemens Energy: The race for our future

  • Oil
  • GreenTech

With a view to the future energy supply, big question marks remain, especially in Europe. Dependence on Russia remains a permanent topic in government debates. Commission President Ursula von der Leyen presented a plan to break away from fossil fuels from Russia and accelerate the energy transition. In order to become self-sufficient, the European Union will have to invest nearly EUR 300 billion by 2030, according to the EU Commission. Investors are currently focusing very strongly on this future topic. Which stocks hold the greatest opportunities?

Plug Power, First Hydrogen, Rheinmetall - On the verge of a breakthrough

  • Hydrogen
  • GreenTech

According to Western politicians, the accelerated expansion of renewable energies should end the dependency on Russia sooner rather than later. The oil and gas of the "aggressor" are to be replaced by wind and sun. With hydrogen and the associated fuel cell technology, the transformation from fossil fuels to alternative drives is likely to take place, especially in the transportation sector. While market leader Plug Power is still very ambitiously valued despite a major correction, a young company with its best-of strategy is about to reach an important milestone.

GreenTech stocks are on the rise! Buy now: BASF, Meta Materials, Nordex, Siemens Energy

  • GreenTech
  • Technology
  • Investments

The distortions on the capital markets can hardly be topped at the moment. The nickel price has risen by 300%, only to drop by 70% again. And all this in only 48 hours. There are countless examples in the current stock market environment that are historically unparalleled. In just 2 months, the Bund Future fell from 178 to 151, a loss of 16% in the 10-year Bund. In parallel, the capital market interest rate rose from minus 0.45% to a whopping plus 1.15%. So interest rates are back, inflation is spreading, and supply deficits continue to fuel the underlying stagflation scenario! One major trend should bounce back after the end of the many corrections: GreenTech! Here is a selection of interesting stocks.

Nel ASA, dynaCERT, Plug Power - Hydrogen in greater demand than ever before

  • Hydrogen
  • GreenTech

The switch from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources was already decided in order to drive climate change. With the Ukraine conflict and Russia's invasion, "freedom energies" are gaining even more weighty significance and have now become a matter of national security. Great hopes are pinned on green hydrogen, which is seen as a big piece of the puzzle for the green transformation. Since the beginning of the decade, shares in these sectors have been regarded as the new stars on the stock market. In the meantime, many have fallen again and reduced the horrendous overvaluations. Now the industry is facing a new wave.

The energy madness: NEL, dynaCERT, Plug Power, FuelCell Energy - Hydrogen shares and the next price explosion?

  • Hydrogen
  • GreenTech

If not now, when? Never before have there been so many arguments for new technologies that improve energy generation and distribution. After years of globalization, local connections are becoming important again in the current dislocation of international relationships, as the world has truly come apart at the seams. Supply relationships, price relations and availability, are under scrutiny. For the GreenTech movement, the current conditions could not be better, with climate protection and new technologies for decarbonized mobility leading the way. We take a look at the protagonists of hydrogen technologies.
