Caution with Hensoldt and Siemens Energy? Record numbers for Saturn Oil + Gas!
The shares of Hensoldt and Siemens Energy are among the stars of the current year. However, analysts are advising caution with both. Although the order intake at Hensoldt is convincing, there are also disappointments. Analysts see a significant risk to Siemens Energy's share price, which is not mitigated by their intention to sell in India. In contrast, Saturn Oil & Gas' record figures for the first quarter are convincing and offer share price potential. With the latest takeover, the oil producer aims to move up into the league of mid-sized producers and, thus, into a new league. Analysts are likely to raise their estimates upward soon.

The party is over - Sell defense stocks now! Rheinmetall, First Hydrogen, Renk and Hensoldt
While the DAX and NASDAQ are reaching new highs, sectors like armaments and high-tech are taking a break. After an extended rally, it is also good to see other stocks coming back into focus. A surprising rebound in Plug Power sent the bombed-out stock soaring by 80%, but unfortunately, 60% of this gain was quickly lost. Easy come, easy go! A significant sell-off occurred at Renk, raising the question of when Rheinmetall and Hensoldt might follow suit. We analyze the current trends in more detail.

Almonty, Rheinmetall, Super Micro Computer - Commodity rally for defense and cloud
AI and defense stocks are setting the stock market on fire. Investors worldwide seem to have acquired a taste for artificial intelligence and defense. Wall Street is expecting a four-digit price target for Super Micro Computer soon. Rheinmetall is also enjoying full order books. Since the takeover of a Spanish ammunition manufacturer, production has also increased in this segment. Meanwhile, tensions between the largest economies, the USA and China, are growing enormously, which is reason enough for investors to take a look at Almonty Industries. The tungsten producer is on course for growth thanks to the restart of a mine in South Korea. Tungsten is rising in value as the increase in AI, and armaments are directly boosting demand for the rare earth metal. Who will win the stock market race?

Rheinmetall, Power Nickel, Bloom Energy - Will the rally continue?
After a brief pause in recent weeks, the rally in Germany's leading index, the DAX, has continued unabated, with the target of 19,000 points already in sight. Defense stocks remain the undisputed top performers. Another sector that has taken center stage in recent weeks is commodities. In addition to gold, silver and copper, the industrial metals lithium and nickel are also forming solid foundations for the next upward impulse. Corresponding companies were already running ahead of the base value.

Is China getting serious? Rheinmetall and Almonty Industries profit! Varta share on the brink?
Is China really preparing for an attack on Taiwan? It is well known that China is massively increasing its gold reserves. But why tungsten, too? After all, China itself is the largest producer of this raw material, which is not only in demand in the arms industry. However, as noted recently by the CEO of Almonty at an investor conference, the Chinese are currently buying large quantities of tungsten. We can only speculate about the reasons behind this. What is clear is that the Western world needs to secure its tungsten supply. Almonty Industries is already producing in Europe and plans to commission a huge tungsten mine in South Korea later this year. Revenue and profits should then rise sharply and lead to a revaluation of the share. Rheinmetall has undergone a revaluation in the past two years. Can it reach EUR 600? Varta, on the other hand, is on the brink. Analysts do not see any upside, even at the current price level.

War in the Middle East and the explosive commodity cycle: Rheinmetall, Renk, Globex Mining, and Varta in focus!
Well, that escalated quickly. Just a week has passed since Iran carried out a nighttime attack on Israel. That was followed by a few days of commemoration, a few phone calls with Washington and the UN, and then last Friday, an Israeli counterattack was reported. While the agency news is not really clear yet, the stock markets are taking the current uncertainty as an opportunity to finally let some air out of the inflated system. Central banks are also stepping back from hoped-for interest rate cuts, as current inflation is too high and the negative signals from the economy are not yet excessive. All in all, defense stocks are holding up well, and a new upward cycle is beginning for commodities. It took a while, but now is the time to have the right stocks in the portfolio.

Discount battle over: Commodities on the counter-offensive! Rheinmetall, Power Nickel, BASF and Varta in focus
Since the bombing of Israel by Iran, the clocks are ticking differently in the Middle East. The next stage of escalation has been reached. If Israel now uses the right to defense as an opportunity to initiate something bigger, it is here: the conflagration. Gold and silver are shining as safe-haven currencies and pulling long-neglected commodity shares through the roof. Now is the time to keep the sails in the wind and ride the long-awaited upward momentum. In the energy transition, strategically safer jurisdictions that can safely serve the growing hunger for commodities are still in demand. We highlight a few opportunities.

Drumbeat at TUI! Caution with Renk and Nel! dynaCERT Stock with Potential!
A drumbeat is sounding at TUI! In an interview, the tourism group's CFO hints that shareholders can soon look forward to a dividend again. On the other hand, tensions in the Middle East are causing short-term uncertainty in tourism shares. Conversely, defense stocks are once again benefiting from the possibility of an escalation. However, analysts currently see little further potential for Renk. The retrofit kits from dynaCERT offer great potential for reducing emissions from diesel vehicles. If VERRA clears the way for CO2 certificates, the share could go through the roof. Is the Company preparing for this with a personnel change? In contrast, the Nel share seeks support, and tomorrow promises to be exciting.

Threat to Europe, Demand for Defense Persists! Rheinmetall, Almonty Industries, Renk and Hensoldt
Europe is gearing up, as since February 24, 2022, peace has become a thing of the past. Europe lived in harmony for a whole 77 years, with the exception of the warlike dissolution of Yugoslavia as a regional conflict. Today's world resembles the situation in the 1970s and 1980s, as the Iron Curtain is re-establishing itself as a political border. The old world order that has prevailed since the end of the Cold War has been shattered by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Consequently, NATO has regained a new role; after years of disarmament, it has now become a sought-after defense alliance. The accession of Finland and Sweden now strengthens the alliance towards the east. What now looms large is rapid rearmament! Where can investors still participate?

AI, Defense, and Hydrogen - The explosive mix: Super Micro Computer, First Hydrogen and Renk Group
After an extended rally on the NASDAQ, in the DAX-40 and most recently in the Nikkei 225, sector rotations are now setting in. The next few weeks will show whether the AI sector has already turned around. Only once in stock market history has there been a stronger first quarter for a particular sector. The hydrogen hype in the transition from 2020 to 2021 was when Plug Power saw its share price increase twentyfold. It is hard to believe what liquidity-spoiled stock markets can achieve. Now, however, investors should keep their eyes open, as the artificial intelligence and defense sectors are similarly overinvested, just as H2 stocks were a few years ago. The time for reallocation has likely come.
