For two of the world's most valuable brands, the moment of truth comes this week. On Monday evening, Apple will report its results, for the first time under its new CEO John Ternus. Ferrari follows a day later. After the sharp falls in Alphabet and Amazon shares, nervousness on Wall Street is high. P/E ratios above 30 leave no room for disappointment. The situation at Almonty Industries is quite different. The tungsten producer's shares have more than halved since September, even though the news could hardly be better. The first commercial shipment from the Sangdong mine in South Korea has been dispatched, and exports are also underway in Rwanda. With a P/E ratio of 6.5, the shares cost only a fraction of those of Apple and Ferrari.

Moderna has already made the big leap. Yet the best trial data in the company's history sent the shares tumbling, because the success was already priced in. The situation is different for two stocks that have also reached crucial milestones but still attract little attention on the stock market. Desert Gold Ventures is on the verge of its first gold production in Mali. Nuclear power specialist Oklo has commissioned its first reactor, but still needs a little more time before its commercial breakthrough. Analysts' price targets for both shares are several times their current prices.

Microsoft showed what a turnaround looks like in the summer. After a weak first half, strong annual results gave the shares a substantial boost. Tonight, the software giant must prove that the recovery is sustainable. Two other stocks could now be on the verge of a similar turnaround. At Power Metallic Mines, a copper price near its record high and a high-grade deposit meet a share price that analysts consider significantly undervalued. Their price targets are around three times the current level. Meanwhile, German growth company innoscripta plunged by more than half following a raid but is already showing signs of recovery. CTS Eventim, the MDAX-listed ticketing company, has also moved beyond its recent lows. Both its CEO and an activist investor consider the stock severely undervalued.

Analysts recommend buying, but share prices are going nowhere. Despite ambitious price targets, LVMH, dynaCERT and Mercedes-Benz are struggling to gain ground. At the French luxury goods group, even the CEO is buying shares, while the Stuttgart-based automaker offers an enticing 7.5% dividend yield. dynaCERT has the largest gap between its share price and its target price. Analysts see 650% upside potential for the Canadian specialist in fuel-saving diesel technology. What is holding the trio back, and what could get their share prices moving again? Read on to find out.

Plug Power, BYD, Osino Resources - New price objectives!

  • Analysts

Warren Buffet and his business partner Charlie Munger probably thought "Build your Dreams" when in 2008, with their investment company Berkshire Hathaway, invested in the then-unknown Chinese electric car manufacturer BYD. At that time, the share was quoted at the equivalent of EUR 0.10. Now, in October 2020, BYD trades at over EUR 14.00 and rush to new all-time highs almost weekly. The news situation is favourable, and the direct comparison with the big brother from overseas does not make the stock look overpriced.

EQS Group, EXMceuticals, Media and Games Invest - Buy recommendations from the experts

  • Analysts

Analysts' reports on listed companies serve investors as an external source of information. As a rule, research houses publish their recommendations in connection with financing, the publication of financial statements or in order to increase awareness. The information is usually freely accessible so that as broad a public as possible can form an opinion about the company. For orientation, analysts give a price target within a time window and a rating, which can be 'buy', 'hold' or 'sell', for example.
