The best hydrogen stocks! Plug Power, Ballard Power, Nel ASA, dynaCERT

  • Hydrogen

Things are getting exciting in the hydrogen sector. For the past 3 weeks, the question has no longer been where the upward trend will take us; instead, we are primarily interested in how robust a business model is to survive a major stock market correction. Markdowns of a good 30-40% have been made across the industry so far - given price increases of up to 2000%; it is a piece of cake when you calculate from the bottom up. However, some investors have entered the market at the highest prices - unfortunately, that's how mean stock market life is - the last one to bite is the dog. Today, we look at the business models of well-known hydrogen protagonists and go in search of the lost fuel for higher quotations.

Plug Power, Blackrock Gold, Barrick Gold - These are the brands that matter!

  • Gold

Commodities are exploding. Industrial metals such as copper are rushing from one multi-year high to the next. Due to the high metal demand of a low-carbon economy, the US investment house JP Morgan has already declared a new supercycle. Meanwhile, one commodity is correcting: Gold. Optimism about a substantial recovery of the global economy is growing, and uncertainties are decreasing. The correction is likely to continue in the short term, but the calls for the safe haven are getting louder again in the longer term.

BYD, dynaCERT, Plug Power: Three shares for the next five years

  • Hydrogen

The future of mobility will not involve combustion engines - that much seems certain. But which technology will win the race? E-cars with appropriate batteries or fuel cells? Is it possible that technologies make valuable combustion engines or expensive machines with diesel engines "greener" and thus save essential resources? We introduce three companies and do the future check: What are the prospects for the coming years?

Saturn Oil & Gas, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, Plug Power - The oil specialists!

  • Oil

Oil prices are currently moving at the upper edge of the annual range. In the case of oil, market participants expect a pioneering indication of the economy's state after Corona. Price buoyancy came once again from the US, where freezing winter weather led to logistical problems in the oil supply. There is a general trend of rising commodity prices, and successively all segments are affected. Commodity experts at the US investment bank Goldman Sachs expect oil prices to rise further in the coming months. Accordingly, the Brent price could rise to USD 70 per barrel in the second quarter and reach USD 75 in the summer months. Goldman Sachs has thus raised its previous forecast by USD 10 per barrel.

Defense Metals, BYD, NEL, Plug Power - Rare earths, who is the fastest?

  • Rare Earth Elements

Scarcity is the issue in 2021! Western governments have completely miscalculated regarding technological progress. They are now being driven by the industry; decisions that should have been made 5 years ago are now being followed abruptly. Since Battery Day in mid-September 2020, it has been clear that a technology giant like Tesla, led by Elon Musk, will enter large-scale battery mass production. What is missing is the complete closing of ranks between battery and car manufacturers so that the produced and expensively developed high-performance batteries are also installed in e-cars through corresponding demand. In coordination rounds between the automotive industry and the EU, the decision has probably already been made: E-mobility will come, and it will come in the big version...!

Enapter, Ballard Power, Plug Power, Nikola - The never-ending hydrogen story!

  • Hydrogen

In principle, hydrogen could cover all of our energy needs and chemically replace many fossil carbons. A few examples are climate-neutral fuel for power supply and mobility, manufacturing processes in the steel or chemical industry, as a fuel for heat supply, or as a storage medium for green electricity. The lowest atomic mass element can do all of this; only the universe plays a trick on humankind. The most abundant atom in the universe is virtually non-existent in pure form on our home planet. So, we have to "manufacture" it. Electrolysis, for example, uses electricity to break down water into the elements hydrogen and oxygen.

RYU Apparel, Plug Power, Netflix - strength and weakness!

  • Investments

The stock market is alive and kicking. With a new app called Reddit, 2.4 million users with an affinity for stocks are currently clicking through various discussion channels and, with self-imposed herd instinct, buying new stocks on the price list. Formerly inconspicuous stocks such as AMC Entertainment, BlackBerry or Nokia then go through the roof with crazy turnovers. A humble statement from management often follows this: "We can't explain the attention in our stock!" - but even after the announcement of such words, the turnovers go down only slightly, and sometimes the price gains even build up. Hard-nosed hedge fund managers learn to fear when they sell completely overpriced stocks short and are subsequently steamrolled by the bull community. With GameStop's move yesterday, Melvin Capital was hit; the short community around Tesla has probably long since given up.

Plug Power, Triumph Gold, Moderna - Take position before it's too late!

  • Gold

The new President of the United States, Joe Biden, and his predecessor, Donald Trump, have one thing in common: building up new mountains of debt. Just in time for his inauguration, the 46th President of the United States announced a new USD 1.9 trillion aid package for the economy and consumers. At some point, the extreme increase in global government and corporate and household debt will result in a major disaster. One way out is to invest in real assets. Position yourself now, before it is too late!

dynaCERT, Plug Power, GameStop: Only flying is better!

  • Hydrogen

What a crazy Nasdaq day yesterday. It all started in Germany when the recently hyped GameStop share in Tradegate rose from around EUR 60 to EUR 130 - plus 110% in one day is rarely seen. Later in the afternoon, the four favorite instruments of the Robin Hood guard, Tesla, Apple, Plug Power, and again GameStop opened partly well into double-digit returns. GameStop took the cake, rising to USD 158.97 before disillusionment set in. As we can see without difficulty: The party is in full swing - the question is who or what will be the next showstopper or how high the NDX can climb because the fairy tale index has now increased 95% since March 2020.

Plug Power, Osino Resources, SAP - these values are being raised!

  • Gold

At the moment, events are unfolding both nationally and on the global stage. As expected, the lockdown was extended until mid-February, but thankfully we were spared the feared mega-lockdown. After a four-year presidency, Donald Trump officially said goodbye and left the White House, at least temporarily. Jack Ma came back after several weeks of abstinence and addressed his fan community in a video. As a result, Alibaba's stock market value rose by a whopping USD 63 billion. Values are currently being raised at other companies as well.
