Where gold shines brightest: Barrick Gold, Desert Gold, Uniper

  • Energy

Secretly and quietly, gold has stalked towards the USD 1,800 mark. The reasons are the weaker dollar in combination with a possible end of the interest rate turnaround and the growing uncertainty: Even if current economic data, such as the recently published US labor market report, give hope, the risks are growing in the long term. We look at two exciting gold stocks and use the example of Uniper to explain why gold could soon be booming.

Favorable starting positions for Commerzbank, Desert Gold and BioNTech

The suspected downward pressure due to uncertainties in the economy and geopolitics has so far failed to materialize. Instead, the most important stock indices, such as DAX or Dow Jones, were able to leave their short-term downward trends and are sending signals for a further upward push. In addition to the stock market, the precious metals sector was also able to turn around. Here, in particular, entry opportunities beckon at a significantly reduced level with the chance of long-term, disproportionate price gains.

The big catch-up - China Big Tech: Alibaba, Deutsche Bank, TUI and Desert Gold turn up the heat!

  • Travel

Investors increasingly look at the big losers in heavily sold markets because the size of the markdowns identifies potential for the future. Often shares fall because of the general market weakness, but sometimes the operating business also weighs heavy. At the end of the year, there is also "tax-loss selling", especially in North America. We look at some stocks that have suffered significant losses but could now take off again.

Barrick Gold, Desert Gold, K+S - Undervalued shares

The stock market is not always rational. Depending on the market phase, private investors in particular often act irrationally. If all stocks are rising, the fear of missing something comes up and investors buy, although they would be better off waiting for a setback. If the indices go down, many investors sell near the lows, even though they have quality stocks in their portfolio. As a smart investor, one should be like Buffet and buy when others panic. The last few months have been difficult in the stock market, and there have been some downward exaggerations. So today, we look at three companies that have been sold off recently but have good assets.

We look at three stocks and analyze where today's castles in the air could become tomorrow's Cash Cows.

BioNTech, Nel ASA and Desert Gold - Ripe for uptrend?

  • Mining

  • Hydrogen

The profit warning at ITM Power sent shockwaves throughout the hydrogen sector. Does this mean that the friendly development of the Nel share of the past few days has already ended? Analysts see little potential, at least at present, but are optimistic for the long term. Goldman Sachs is also optimistic about the gold price. At least the chances for a rise to over USD 2,000 are better than for a renewed decline. Producers like Barrick Gold should profit from this, and explorers like Desert Gold even disproportionately. At BioNTech, there is currently no impetus for an upward trend, and analysts' price targets diverge considerably. However, rumors from the US are encouraging.

Plug Power, Desert Gold, BYD - Discover the opportunities

"If you do not have the stocks when they fall, you do not have them when they rise." These wise words from a famous quote from stock market legend André Kostolany are little consolation to investors whose portfolios have melted considerably in recent months. In the long term, however, there are many attractive opportunities to enter strongly corrected companies at the current level. In addition to the stock market, other asset classes such as cryptocurrencies and precious metals also offer opportunities for disproportionate price gains in the future, despite the current uncertain environment.

Strong rebound in gold: Varta, TUI, Desert Gold - Is it already buying time for these shares?

  • Mining

  • travel

Despite all the gloom, the capital market offers plenty of opportunities every day. The Varta shares experienced a crash of over 80% in only 12 months but could also swing up by 15% within 1 week. Such movements are part of a revaluation that many stocks are now undergoing. The experienced investor is not bothered by this because, fortunately, there are upward exaggerations as well as downward ones, and both provide buying opportunities. The only question that remains is whether the level reached could already be down. Fundamental analysis helps here, but chart technology also provides valuable clues for timing. We take a closer look at the following stocks.

The energy crisis is pushing utilities to the brink, the election victory of the radical right-wing party Fratelli d'Italia is putting a strain on the EU - and what are banks doing in this context? Weeks ago, Germany's top banking supervisor Raimund Rösler warned that the rapid turnaround in interest rates could also overburden some institutions. We look at banks, gas traders and a possible laughing third party.

Barrick Gold, Desert Gold, Newmont - Eyes are on the FED

  • Mining
  • Gold
  • Copper
  • Inflation

On Wednesday, September 21, the FED is expected to raise interest rates again. After the poor inflation rates in the past week, the fear of a large interest rate step of 100 basis points is going around. The indices reacted immediately and priced in the possible rate hike. So did the gold price, which has been suffering from rising interest rates and the strong dollar for weeks anyway. It does not help that gold has long been considered a hedge against inflation. The precious metal cannot currently take on this function, but that could change if the expectation of Stanley Druckenmiller, a billionaire and former hedge fund manager, is correct that the stock markets will hardly yield any returns in the next 10 years. So today, we look at three gold companies.
