Buy (concrete) gold below value: Vonovia, Aroundtown, Desert Gold
Real estate was the Germans' favourite asset class for years - until the interest rate hammer came. In the meantime, prices for many residential properties have fallen back. There was simply hardly any demand left. Here we explain why the shares of real estate companies are still under pressure and which asset class could soon overtake real estate.

Barrick Gold, Desert Gold, Deutsche Bank - What happens after the US debt ceiling is lifted?
In the US, the Democrats and Republicans have agreed on a compromise in the debt dispute. This means that the US can take out more loans, which will ultimately result in an increasing money supply. This could further fuel inflation, while on the other hand, it could boost the gold price. In recent months, the gold price has soared due to the turbulence in the banking sector and was able to mark a new high. Nevertheless, this is remarkable because the FED had raised interest rates significantly, which would typically have tended to argue for a falling gold price. If interest rates do not rise further or even fall, this would be another positive signal for gold. We, therefore, look at 2 gold companies and analyze Deutsche Bank.

IPO Price driver: ThyssenKrupp, Volkswagen, Desert Gold
In an IPO, it is not only the newcomer to the stock market that is interesting for investors. A parent company often benefits - e.g. Volkswagen or Mercedes-Benz - when the subsidiary becomes fully or partially independent. Shareholders of ThyssenKrupp are currently hoping for a share price driver. Thus, the IPO of the hydrogen subsidiary nucera. However, analysts are skeptical. Yet, an initial public offering can also pay off for the peer group when investors take a closer look at the industry again. Desert Gold could benefit from this. The neighbour of the gold explorer Allied Gold Corp wants to go public in London. Desert Gold should also benefit from this and help the share to break out. Within the VW Group, the Porsche share has outperformed its parent company since the IPO. Analysts warn: Will Tesla and BYD leave Volkswagen behind?

Impending financial crisis 3.0 boosts gold: Desert Gold Ventures, Deutsche Bank, Allianz - This is where the music plays!
And another double interest rate hike. First the FED, now the ECB followed suit last week, as expected. Monetary policy is trying a dangerous balancing act, as the US banking sector is tottering, and at the same time, inflation rates remain high. Now lavish wage settlements are added to the mix, and the second-round effects are on. The aggressive interest rate hikes and the collapsing real estate market have been among the factors causing stress in the banking sector. Profiteers are few and far between at the moment, but precious metals are back on the buy list. What about the prominence of the German financial industry?

Lagging behind and full of opportunities - ThyssenKrupp, Desert Gold, Deutsche Bank
**In the dynamic and volatile financial markets, the search for investment opportunities that offer above-average returns is a constant challenge for investors. In this context, looking at lagging stocks that have been affected by special situations is often worthwhile. In addition to companies from the banking sector, smaller exploration companies in the precious metals market offer attractive long-term entry opportunities.

Deutsche Bank, Desert Gold, Barrick Gold - Gold price on the way to an all-time high
After the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and the rescue of Credit Suisse through the merger with UBS, the great trembling has begun. In the 2008 financial crisis, the FED fired up the printing press to stabilize the banks. In order to avoid inflation, the banks were paid to park their money with the FED. Thus, there is USD 5.7 trillion at the FED, on which interest of more than USD 700 million is due every day. That drives up the money supply and inflation. It is no wonder that alternatives to fiat money are booming. The gold price is already above USD 2,000, and cryptocurrencies have also rebounded. We, therefore, look at two gold companies and analyze Deutsche Bank.

Gold to USD 3,000? Barrick Gold and Desert Gold profit. What is going on at Vonovia?
Will the price of gold rise to USD 3,000 per ounce before the end of the year? That is what investment professional Leigh Goehring thinks is possible. He is a managing director at Goehring & Rozencwajg, manages a commodity fund, among other things, and expects a "decade of inflation." If the forecast comes true, gold stocks will at least be an attractive portfolio addition. In addition to industry heavyweights like Barrick Gold, explorers can be worthwhile as leverage to the gold price. One such explorer is Desert Gold. The share of the Canadian company reacted yesterday with a price jump of over 10% to a project update. In contrast, the outlook for "concrete gold" remains challenging. Vonovia, for example, was once again downgraded by analysts despite the significant share price losses of recent months. At the same time, there are also positive comments.

Deutsche Bank, Desert Gold, Commerzbank - Back to the safe haven
The willingness of investors to take risks increased in recent months despite further interest rate fears and geopolitical uncertainties, but this was abruptly interrupted by the surprising bankruptcy of Silicon Valley Bank. While some banking and financial stocks were dragged down by double digits, the precious metals gold and silver, as well as the cryptocurrencies, celebrated a comeback after a correction lasting several weeks. The next upward wave may have begun, especially in the precious yellow metal, with the climbing of new highs.
