BYD, Globex Mining, Tesla - Run on commodities!
It is a time of extremes: extreme heat, drought, and prices in the gas and electricity markets. The run on commodities has begun, and investors should look closely at where growth will occur over the next 24 months. Globex Mining is one candidate that, thanks to its business model, covers diversified commodities directly with acreage in the US and Canada. That is sure to please Elon Musk. Through Tesla Powerwalls, Tesla turns its end users into power generators that supply energy to California's vulnerable electrical grid. The state is subject to temperatures so extreme that blackouts can occur. BYD is proving just how valuable an end-to-end production chain is in this day and age.

Amazon, Aspermont, BASF - Innovations for the markets of the future
Innovations are the salt in the soup of growth markets. That is why US giant Amazon is expanding its AWS business in the United Arab Emirates. The seven countries on the Gulf are self-sufficient in energy and power supply and have a vibrant startup scene. It is worth USD 5 million to the Seattle-based company. Mediatech innovator Aspermont is also interested in investments. The leading media makers in the B2B mining industry are entering the investment business with a specially developed investment platform. BASF AG is also making investments. In the agricultural sector, new lucrative companies are in the pipeline of the chemical company.

Nordex, Alpha Copper, Uniper - Forward-looking change
The demand for copper will increase rapidly in the coming years due to the shift to renewable energies. By 2030, 250% more copper will be needed for chargers in electric vehicles. Wind turbine manufacturer Nordex also needs the highly conductive metal. A wind farm in Ireland is being topped up with new turbines, but other factors are affecting the Company's figures, so there seems to be no end in sight to its red figures this year. Energy group Uniper is also still struggling. Despite the gas levy, maintaining ongoing operations remains a real test. Where is an investment worthwhile?

Saturn Oil + Gas, E.ON, BP - Share price explosion expected
Germany and Canada are determined to significantly expand hydrogen production and exports to Europe by 2025. This will make an important contribution to achieving climate targets and contribute to a clean and sustainable energy supply. Unfortunately, it will do European industries and citizens precious little good until then. The electricity price for next year has already risen to over EUR 600/MWh. E.ON customers should wrap themselves up warmly, even if they are playing poker with green hydrogen. The enormous increase in energy prices will continue as the demand for electricity remains unbroken. Experts, therefore, advise people to buy quickly before prices shoot up even further. One winner in the energy supply race is Saturn Oil & Gas. Analysts see an outperformance before the end of this year. Meanwhile, BP Group is putting itself on top course in China.

Profit opportunities with Bed Bath + Beyond, Desert Gold Ventures, Barrick Gold
Analysts see gold prices rising as more geopolitical conflicts escalate. Whether it is Ukraine or Taiwan, investors are shying away from risk and taking refuge in the precious metal. The FED will likely continue to take massive action against high inflation, which can weaken the gold price in phases. Alternatively, investments in explorers like Desert Gold may pay off after intense scrutiny. Initial results from exploration areas in Mali are proving successful. Top dog Barrick Gold is struggling with slight setbacks and is expanding its market position through cooperations. A real gold rush is also currently occurring in the meme shares. AMC and GameStop have a new colleague: Bed, Bath & Beyond. Countless small investors are conspiring on online forums for the perfect timing to buy the stock, pumping up the price. Since July, the furniture retailer's share price has risen 400%. Behind it all is a Canadian mind with a big plan...

Apple, Tocvan Ventures, Valneva - More returns through innovation or risk hedging?
Innovations are hailed as market drivers. The more innovative a company is, the more likely it is to stay ahead of the competition. But this requires loyal customers who also support these innovations. And Apple has just such a customer base, setting a good example that loyalty must be rewarded for innovation. In contrast, pharmaceutical company Valneva has the challenge of exposure to different development cycles in the healthcare market. If only because of the duration of clinical studies, which rightly have to go well before a new product comes onto the market. This time, nature lovers could benefit. Those who find all this too volatile and unpredictable should once again turn to commodities as a hedge. With Tocvan Ventures, a candidate is in the running that looks very closely at optimizing the costs of its operations - to the benefit of investors.

Almonty Industries, K+S, E.ON - These companies benefit from the energy transition
The situation on the energy markets remains tense. The German Minister of Economics received a rejection from Qatar. Alternatives are urgently needed, such as solar and wind power. Almonty Industries is well positioned to source materials for these energies. The world's leading supplier of tungsten can become a decisive player in the market for the hunt for raw materials. Rising prices are benefiting the Company in this regard. The changed prices, in turn, play into the hands of fertilizer producer K+S. Higher average prices in both customer segments compensated for increased costs. In Western Europe, prices fell due to demand, which led to increased sales in Eastern and Northern Europe. Energy network operator E.ON warned of "valuation risks for investments" when publishing last year's results in March and surprised with the current results.

Pathfinder Ventures, TUI, Lufthansa - Which tourism shares are worthwhile?
The tourism industry has suffered losses in recent years due to the pandemic. Be it staff shortages like at Lufthansa and at the airports, with the resulting chaos of cancelled flights and passengers waiting for hours at check-in. This volatility is reflected in the shares. On the other hand, the growth of Pathfinder Ventures, a Canadian company specializing in campgrounds for RVs in the most beautiful places under the maple flag, is developing pleasantly positively. Pathfinder Ventures is upgrading its facilities and expanding by buying up more sites that are already well-attended. We look at the details.

Meta Materials, JinkoSolar, BioNTech - Smart technologies as growth boosters
Solar and photovoltaic companies have been hot in the financial markets since the shifts in the energy market. Chinese supplier JinkoSolar, for example, is now launching solar batteries for home use. Smart buildings are an important component in urban city planning. Where there is plenty of sunshine, its energy is converted for personal use, and Australian residents are benefiting from JinkoSolar's technology. In order to increase the efficiency of such energy sources, Meta Materials offers innovative solutions that make solar systems even more cost-effective. Thanks to numerous patents, they also have a business model, which will please long-term investors in terms of growth opportunities. Rather unpleasant, however, are the measures planned by the German government for the coming fall and winter. Masks or vaccination is the calculation, which will at least bring some joy to BioNTech shareholders.

Manuka, BYD, AMD - These companies stand for sustainable, strategically planned growth
With a share of 4.7%, iron is the tenth most common element in our universe and one of the most common on our planet. In industry, the raw material is in hot demand. The Australian Company Manuka has recognized this and acquired a strategically valuable project, which can profitably supply the explorer for the next 20 years. One customer for iron is the automotive industry. BYD will start selling its cars in Germany and Sweden this year. In contrast to the competition from VW and Volvo, the Chinese carmaker has installed enough semiconductors in its mobiles. AMD is also benefiting from this. The chipmaker saw sales growth in its embedded division, which includes semiconductors for cars. AMD's earnings call for the quarter showed a clear trend of where the growth is happening...
