    About the discovery

news|financial: "Mr. Lynch, congratulations on the exciting discovery at the Nisk project in Quebec. What are the key highlights that have been exposed?"

I think first and foremost there is the movement from a Nickel project with copper and PGM credits to a Polymetallic Project with Ultra High-Grade Copper and PGMs with a very good grade of Gold and Silver over top of a Nickel base.

I think given the 6 km between Lions farthest hole and Nisk main people are now thinking how big can this be? Can this be world class. Could it be like Sakatti or Platreef or Norilsk.

    Prominent investors

news|financial: "The Power Nickel shares are now among the most actively traded on the TSXV and you were able to attract Robert Friedland and Rob McEwen and others as an investor for a CAD 20 million financing at CAD 1.25. Are you already talking to industrial market participants?"

Having Investors like Robert Friedland and Rob McEwen come in with CVMR and Terra Capital really was terrific. There are some other household names that want to remain quiet at this point and we respect that. It does auger well for the future to attract these names.

We have about 8 NDAs at the moment. We aren’t interested in selling now but we are open to communicating and helping industry assess our progress.

    Potential of the deposit

news|financial: "The buzz of a potentially massive polymetallic system, grabbing the attention of Dr. Steve Beresford has many wondering about the strategy moving forward. Of the 8 metals discovered, are there metals that will be prioritized?"

Our educated guess at moment is that if we came to revenue today the split would likely be 60/40 Poly Metallic to Nickel. Within the Poly Metallic mix, it would be Copper 50% Platinum Group Metals 25% and Precious Metals Gold and Silver 25%.

Dr. Beresford believes it is likely we will add to this list. Zinc more PGMs. He advised Norilsk has 12 paying metals.

    National importance

news|financial: "What significance does the discovery have for Canada?"

Honestly, our Country could use a big win. It has been a struggle and I believe a major discovery could galvanize the market. I look at our peers and see such great value across the board. The problem in Canada has been slack regulatory action enabling naked short selling. But I believe the game is about to change and it’s time we punished this illegal behavior and reward our long-suffering shareholders.

    Goals for 24 months

news|financial: "Can you tell us about your goals for Power Nickel over the next two years?"

First, we need to follow up on the Lion Zone see how big it can be and find the next several lion zones.

Next, we need to find what we believe has yet to be discovered and that is the major ore body producing the Lion Zone.

Third we want to complete our Feasibility Study on Nisk Main with CVMR and show the world how we can produce world class Nickel powder. The EV Battery makers preferred form of Nickel both from Nisk and via CVMR other sources. We are evaluating options that could see the refinery business started sooner than the mine. But more on that latter.

Fourth we need to add tonnage millions and millions of tons of high-grade ore and hopefully turn Nisk into a World Class project.

Modest goals but we are miners if we didn’t believe why would we be in this business.

news|financial: "Thank you very much for talking to us."
