Allianz, Pathfinder Ventures, K+S AG - Hot stocks for summer

  • Camping
  • Investments

Summer, sun, sunshine! There is a vacation mood in the air, with temperatures in Germany climbing close to the 40-degree mark. Now one just has to get on the plane and fly south. But wait, the keyword is fly. Due to staff shortages both in the air and on the ground, there are queues in many places, bottlenecks in baggage handling and even cancellations of flights. Meanwhile, those who want a more relaxed experience can vacation at a campsite. In North America, there are promising listed providers with considerable growth potential.

Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, wallstreet:online, Allianz - High turnover, wild prices - what are brokers and financial stocks doing?

  • Investments
  • Inflation

In addition to the high price increases and the permanently rising interest rates, the highest volatility has now broken out on the stock exchanges. Investors have to adjust to new scenarios almost every day, especially the timing of the news about the state of the international economy is causing more and more headaches for economists. That is because the increased prices of raw materials are now considered standard and put a strain on the purchase prices of intermediate products and the calculation of the Company's own supply list. In some cases, this leads to dramatic adjustments, as impressively demonstrated by the manufacturer price index with +33.6% in May. How are the financial and broker stocks doing in this swing market?

Split & Dividend: Allianz, Aspermont, Amazon - These Triple-A stocks are a joy to watch!

  • Digitization
  • Marketing
  • Media

In volatile stock market times, investors are again focusing on the time-honored virtues of investing in stocks: stable business models, profits, cash flows, and dividends receive special attention. If a company can also announce investor-friendly buyback programs or splits, then it is usually a liquid and growing Company that has its investors in mind and is also prepared to share. In 2021, the payout ratio of the companies included in the German selection indices was around 42%. That means that almost half of the profits generated end up with the investor. Historically, this figure has fluctuated between 37 and 51%. We look at companies that stand out with special actions.

The 100% interest winners: Allianz, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, MAS Gold - The precious metals are coming!

  • Gold

For a long time, the Bund Future had been able to hold well above 170. The 10-year Bund contract even reached prices above 178 points at its peak. Since mid-December 2021, however, the tide has turned. The German 10-year yield literally exploded from -0.30 to +0.27%. Some observers will say, "Nothing much has happened!" Wrong - the time of negative yields is history. Long-term mortgage rates also rose by a full 70 basis points during the same period. This marks the end of the phase of ultra-low interest rates, and it also puts real estate financing in an entirely new light. And the accompanying high inflation has many investors looking to precious metals - they are seen as a hedge against inflation. Which stocks are winning in this environment?

Deutsche Bank, Troilus Gold, Allianz - Interest rate hike and the consequences

  • Gold

The loose monetary policy could end sooner than thought, at least in the US. The Federal Reserve's Monetary Policy Committee members noted that the inflation trend had been higher and stronger than forecast. This reads from the minutes of the Fed's mid-December meeting. As a result, faster rate hikes were warranted, it said. In the wake of expectations of a more restrictive monetary policy, financial stocks, in particular, are benefiting. The chances of further price gains are good.

Allianz, Prospect Ridge Resources, Amazon - Who will follow Tesla in 2022?

  • Investments

The stock market year 2021 will go down in history as a record year. In the elite group of the five largest technology companies, the so-called FAANGs, Alphabet and Apple are on track to deliver the best returns to investors this year. Shares of the digital advertising giant and parent company of the Google search engine are up more than 70% this year, while the iPhone maker is up 39%. After a rally in recent days, however, the shares of Nvidia and Tesla are at the top of the NDX with +164 and 82%, respectively. These results have come in an environment where many companies have struggled with supply chain disruptions, labor shortages and rising material costs. Can this even be topped in 2022?

Allianz, wallstreet:online, Commerzbank - Quo vadis stock markets?

  • Investments

The markets are highly nervous at the moment. First, the Corona numbers went up again, then the Chinese real estate giant Evergrande was on the verge of collapse, and the supply chains are still not back in step. The result was falling indexes. That automatically leads to more fear, as the Fear and Greed Index also showed. Last week, the market calmed down slightly, and the fear index dropped from 27 to 34 points. In Germany, there is also the fact that more people have dabbled in equity investments due to a lack of interest rates. According to the Global Wealth Report, the purchase of securities grew by 65%. Many of the newly added shareholders know only rising stock markets. Consolidation would not hurt the market. On the other hand, there is hardly any alternative to investing money at the moment. It remains exciting.
