Silver prices continue to rise. As a result, the face value of German silver coins is now also increasing—otherwise, the gap between the face value and the actual material value of the investment coins would become too significant. This upward trend is driven both by growing global uncertainty and increasing industrial demand. In addition to the photovoltaic and chip industries, silver is also increasingly being used in defense applications.
